山東科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 I 摘 要 復(fù)合高吸水性樹脂 (Superabsorbent Composite)是一種新型功能高分子材料。它具有吸收比自身重幾百到幾千倍水的高吸水功能,并且保水性能優(yōu)良,一旦吸水膨脹成為水凝膠時,即使加壓也很難把水分離出來。因此,它在個人衛(wèi)生用品、工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、土木建筑等各個領(lǐng)域都有廣泛用途。 本文研究了 CTSgP(AAcoAM)/KL復(fù)合高吸水性樹脂對甲基紫的吸附特性,考察了吸附時間 ,甲基紫的初濃度, pH,離子強度對吸附量的影響。 結(jié)果表明隨著吸附時間的延長,樹脂對甲基紫的吸附量增加, 24后,吸附作用基本達到平衡;吸附量隨甲基紫初濃度的增大而增大;吸附量隨 pH增大先增加,當(dāng) pH=4時達最大,此后, pH增大,吸附量下降;隨著離子濃度的增加,吸附量呈下降趨勢。 CTSgP(AAcoAM)/KL高吸水性樹脂對甲基紫有很好的吸附作用,室溫最大吸附量為 1500mg/g,在印染廢水處理過程中 具有一定的應(yīng)用價值。 關(guān)鍵詞 復(fù)合 高吸水性樹脂;甲基紫;吸附 山東科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Super Absorbent Polymer, SAP is a new type of functional polymer materials. It has sucked received more than a few hundred to a thousand times its own weight of water, high water absorption features, and excellent water retention, once the swelling became hydrogel, even pressure is difficult to separate the water. Therefore, it has a wide range of applications in various fields of personal hygiene products, industrial and agricultural production, civil construction, etc. Since so since the successful development of super absorbent polymers has been the world39。s attention, the development of extremely rapid, the demand worldwide annually, has gradually expanded its field of application. Setting methyl violet as an example,the adsorption characteristics of the Poly(Acrylic AcidcoAcrylamide) superabsorbent resin to methyl violet and the influences of adsorption time, original density of methyl violet, pH, and ionic strength on the adsorption were results show that along with the extending of adsorption time, the adsorption capacity of modified humic acid to methyl violet was increased,and after 24h,the adsorption got to the balance basically。Along with the extending of original density of methyl violet,the adsorption amount was increased。Along with the extending of pH ,the adsorption amount was pH=4,the adsorption amount got to the maximum .Afterwards, along with the extending of pH, the adsorption amount was descended。Along with the increment of ionic strength,the adsorption amount showed decreasing trend. The Poly (Acrylic AcidcoAcrylamide) superabsorbent resin had very good adsorption effect on methyl violet and had some application.
