【正文】 蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 摘 要 區(qū)間閉塞是保證區(qū)間行車安全以及提高區(qū)間行車效率的一種重要技術(shù),軌道電路技術(shù)是區(qū)間閉塞技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵。 ZPW2021A 型無絕緣移頻自動(dòng)閉塞系統(tǒng)是在法國UM71 無絕緣軌道電路技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上引進(jìn)及國產(chǎn)化的,它結(jié)合具體國情進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)安全性、傳輸性及可靠性分析, 并 在此技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上再開發(fā)吸收。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要運(yùn)用 ZPW2021A型無絕緣移頻自動(dòng)閉塞系統(tǒng)原理及相關(guān)工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成高村站 ZPW2021A 移頻自動(dòng)閉塞工程設(shè)計(jì)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)包括圖紙和圖紙說明兩部分。 主要完成了高村站 ZPW2021A 移頻自動(dòng)閉塞室內(nèi)工程設(shè)計(jì)的部分圖紙,包括高村站區(qū)間信號(hào)平面布置圖,區(qū)間移頻柜、綜合柜、組合架設(shè)備布置圖,下行離去分界點(diǎn) (3961G)、上行三接近 (3948G)、下行二離去 (3947G)閉塞分區(qū)電路圖,下行 N+1 冗余電路圖,下行咽喉 車站 結(jié)合電路及站間聯(lián)系 電路 2,區(qū)間綜合柜零層配線表及點(diǎn)燈隔離變壓器側(cè)面 端子 配線表。圖紙說明部分對(duì) ZPW2021A移頻自動(dòng)閉塞系統(tǒng)的原理及組成設(shè)備進(jìn)行了介紹,并結(jié)合具體設(shè)計(jì)圖紙闡述了圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)所運(yùn)用的設(shè)計(jì)原理、思路和方法,主要介紹了通過信號(hào)機(jī)點(diǎn)燈電路、紅燈轉(zhuǎn)移條件電路及下行離去分界點(diǎn)、上行三接 近、下行二離去 三種情況的 小軌道接入條件等方面內(nèi)容。圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)滿足 ZPW2021A 系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成原理,設(shè)計(jì)方法和設(shè)計(jì)過程滿足鐵路信號(hào)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范。 關(guān)鍵詞: 自動(dòng)閉塞 ;移頻 軌道電路 ; ZPW2021A; 工程設(shè)計(jì) 蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II Abstract Section blocked is an important technology to ensure train safe running and raise driving efficiency of section, track circuit is the base of section blocked system. Based on the technology of UM71 noninsulated, track circuit and localized it, ZPW2021A noninsulated frequencyshift automatic block system is introduced, which bines national conditions with the analysis of safety and reliability and adopts the design idea from UM71 system. This paper mainly designs the ZPW2021A frequencyshift automatic block system of Gaocun station in accordance with the theory and relevant design standard of this system. The design drawings and drawing illustrating are two big parts of this design. The main drawings are as following: section signal layout diagram of Gaocun station equipment layout diagram of frequencyshift cabi and posite rack, blocking section circuit of 3961G, 3948G, and 3947G, redundant circuit of down N+1 and so on. This paper mainly discusses the theory and form of ZPW2021A frequencyshift automatic block system。 also studies the signal lighting circuit, red light transfer circuit and small rail access conditions at down departure point, up third approach section and down second departure section. The design conforms to the theory of ZPW2021A。 the method and process of this meets the railway signal design norm.
