But there are still traffic congestion, safety worrying , high energy consumption and serious pollution , land exceeded, SOE losses , heavy debt , market disorder , dislocation and other major government issues . The fact that our current transportation system suited to the socialist market economy has been the development needs must pass reform , the abolition of the traffic management system suited to the development of the productive forces , the establishment of a new modern transport management system with Chinese characteristics , in order to promote sustained , rapid and healthy development.
