【正文】 醫(yī)院管理信息系統(tǒng) 摘 要 醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng) (HIS)是通過計算機對整個醫(yī)院的每個環(huán)節(jié)進行統(tǒng)計和管理的一個現(xiàn)代化工具。該系統(tǒng)通過電腦管理，淘汰了老式的辦公模式，把所有的工作都搬到現(xiàn)代化程度很高的計算機上來完成，很大程度的提高了整體的效率。 完整的 HIS 系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了信息的全過程追蹤和動態(tài)管理，從而做到簡化患者的診療過程，優(yōu)化就診環(huán)境，改變目前排隊多、等候時間長、秩序混亂的局面。 本系統(tǒng)將采用 Borland 公司的 Delphi 7 作為進銷存系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工具。本文詳細論述了開發(fā)這一基于 C/S 模式的數(shù)據(jù)庫前端應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)全 過程。 該系統(tǒng)包括客戶信息、供銷商信息以及基本的貨物信息、庫存信息等。本系統(tǒng)采用周期法進行開發(fā)，獲取用戶的真實可行的需求信息，用結(jié)構(gòu)化的方法進行描述，最后運用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計思想進行了系統(tǒng)的最終實現(xiàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞： Delphi ； 客戶 /服務(wù)器 ；數(shù)據(jù)庫 ；醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng) ABSTRACT The hospital information syste( HIS) is pass the calculator to the whole hospital of each link carry on statistics and manage of a modernization system passes the puter management, eliminating the old style to transact the mode, moving the modern degree to all works the very high calculator es up to plete, the very big degree raised the whole system of HIS of the integrity carries out the whole process of information to track to manage with dynamic state, thus attaining the diagnosis and treatment process of simplify the sufferer, excellent turn to seek medical advice environment, change to line up currently many, wait for time long, the situation that order disorder. This system will adopt the Delphi 7 conduct and actionses of the pany of Borland to enter to sell the development tool of save the text is detailed to discussed to develop this according to mode of C/ S of database head apply the development whole process of the system. That system includes customer39。s information, the supply and marketing pany39。s information and basic goods information, stock information system adopts the period method to carry on the development, obtaining the true and viable need information of the customer, carrying on the description with the method that the structure turn, the end usage faces to end realization that the design thought of the object carried on the system.
