【正文】 進城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女義務教育問題及對策 摘 要 隨著我國工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的不斷推進，我國農(nóng)村剩余勞動力流動日益頻繁，進城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的規(guī)模也在不斷擴大，其中約 100萬適齡兒童處于失學狀態(tài)。黨的十八大報告明確指出：要努力辦好人民滿意的教育。努力 辦好 學前教育，均衡發(fā)展九年義務教育，積極推動農(nóng)民工子女平等接受教育，讓每個孩子都能成為有用之才。 關(guān)心、關(guān)注社會問題，響應黨和國家號召，為國家發(fā)展和社會進步獻言獻策是每一個青年人的責任。本文通過介紹進城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的規(guī)模大，入學途 徑單一，存在教育不公平，家庭教育問題突出，農(nóng)民工子女失學、輟學率高，農(nóng)民工子女學習效率低，缺乏社會認同等問題；分析出存在問題的原因主要有：戶籍政策的限制，義務教育投入不足，義務教育工作機制缺失，農(nóng)民工家庭教育對子女產(chǎn)生不利影響，學校缺乏科學的教育管理方式等；然后通過搜集相關(guān)資料，運用管理學、社會學、經(jīng)濟學等相關(guān)理論知識，并結(jié)合自身的所見、所聞、所感，提出了解決進城農(nóng)民工隨遷子女義務教育問題，可以通過加快戶籍制度改革，加大義務教育投入，完善義務教育工作機制，農(nóng)民工家庭創(chuàng)造適合子女成長的環(huán)境，學校發(fā)揮教書育人的 職能，社會各界共同努力等措施。 百年大計，教育為本。只有讓每一個兒童接受教育，提高公民的科學文化素質(zhì)，建設人力資源強國，才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的目標，才能 實現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復興 。 關(guān)鍵詞： 隨遷子女； 義務教育； 民工子弟學校 ABSTRACT Along with our country industrialization,information,urbanization, agricultural modernization, rural surplus labor force flows have bee increasingly frequent, the migrant workers Suiqian children are also expanding the scale, of which about 1000000 of schoolage children in school status.
