摘 要 在建設 工程 項目 合同 管理中,建設 工程 項目施工合同貫穿于建設工程項目實施的全過程,確定了工程的工期、成本及質(zhì)量這三大目標,對整個建設工程合同體系中的其他合同(如勘察設計合同、供應合同等)有很大影響,在整個建設工程合同體系中處于主導地位。因此,在建設 工程 項目管理中加強對 項目 施工合同的管理具有十分重要的意義。 隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟體制的發(fā)展,建筑市場也隨之不斷發(fā)育成熟,以事實為依據(jù),按合同說話逐漸成為了建筑市場中的主流。但不可否認的是,我國市場經(jīng)濟還 不夠成熟,長期以來人際關系、人情觀念 及領導指示等因素 代替了 合同條款,合同的權(quán)威性無從體現(xiàn)。 大量的工程實踐告訴我們,脫離了施工合同約束的工程是無法實現(xiàn)工程項目的目標的, 因此,我們必須重視合同及合同管理,加強建設工程 項目 施工合同的規(guī)范管理,在實踐中逐步完善合同管理制度。 本論文站在業(yè)主的角度,對建設工程項目的施工合同管理進行分析研究。首先介紹了合同管理在建設工程項目管理中的地位和作用,以及建設工程項目施工合同與其他建設工程合同的聯(lián)系,然后闡述了施工合同管理的基本概念、方法和內(nèi)容;最后對施工合同管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的 問題以及未來發(fā) 展趨勢等基本問題進行了探討,并提出了加強施工合同管理的幾點 措施。 關鍵詞: 建設工程項目管理,施工合同,合同管理 Abstract In the construction project contract management, construction contracts for construction projects run through the entire process in the implementation of construction projects, It confirms the construction period, cost and quality, the three target of engineering. But the massive project practice tells us。 from the constraints of the project construction contract is unable to achieve the objectives of the project. Therefore, we must attach importance to the contract and the contract management。 strengthen the standard management of construction contract project, in practice gradually perfect contract management system. This paper stands in the angle of the owners, and analyses the construction contract management of construction engineering project.
