長樂超市布局與規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究物流本科畢業(yè)論文(已修改)

【正文】 鄭州航空工業(yè)管理學(xué)院 畢 業(yè) 論 文（設(shè) 計） 題 目 長樂超市布局與規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究 內(nèi) 容 提 要 超市作為自選類型的百貨商店，由于其規(guī)劃設(shè)計牽涉到許多無法定量的因素，所以大多數(shù)超市尤其是小型超市沒有對賣場進行合理細致的規(guī)劃。本文針對長樂超市的區(qū)域擁堵情況，運用 SLP 法對長樂超市進行了重新的設(shè)施規(guī)劃和布局 ,在進行各區(qū)域物流關(guān)系分析時 ,創(chuàng)新地將物流當(dāng)作人流來分析，從而縮短顧客購物排隊等待的時間。同時再結(jié)合非物流因素，根據(jù)物流關(guān)系與非物流關(guān)系的 比重為 1:1 的權(quán)重得出超市各區(qū)域單位之間的綜合關(guān)系 ,得出各單位之間的位置相關(guān)圖 ,再結(jié)合長樂超市的各區(qū)域的原面積，在收銀臺和辦公室保持原狀的情況下做出新的布局規(guī)劃方案。新的布局將超市的蔬菜區(qū)和瓜果區(qū)合并為一個區(qū)域，并將其布置在離后門較近的區(qū)域，很大程度地縮短了理貨人員的搬運距離，改善了他們的工作環(huán)境。 關(guān) 鍵 詞 規(guī)劃 。 超市布局設(shè)計 。 SLP Changle Supermarket Layout and Planning Research Author:Zhang Congli Tutor:Zhang Fuxiang Abstract Supermarkets department stores as a choice type, due to its planning and design involves many factors that can not be quantified, so most of the supermarkets, especially small supermarket stores no reasonable careful planning.
