河南科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 癌細(xì)胞邊緣檢測(cè)(基于迭代算法和腐蝕算法的輪廓提?。? 摘 要 提起癌癥很多人都會(huì)感到恐懼,癌癥是當(dāng)今世界上最常見(jiàn)的致命疾病之一,世界上每年都有很多人死于癌癥,并且發(fā)病率仍在逐年上升。癌癥的治療取決于對(duì)他早期的診斷,早期是治療癌癥的最佳時(shí)期?,F(xiàn)在大多數(shù)癌癥病例確診的時(shí)候已經(jīng)屬于晚期,失去了治愈的最佳時(shí)機(jī),因此進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的早期診斷和治療已成為迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。 因?yàn)榘┘?xì)胞和非癌細(xì)胞對(duì)于病理專家在傳統(tǒng)的顯微鏡下觀察切片或涂片的方法下很難進(jìn)行區(qū)分,借助現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)結(jié)合病理專家實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用圖像處理技術(shù)對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)圖像 進(jìn)行處理,可以提高判斷的有效性和圖像信息的使用效率,從而對(duì)癌細(xì)胞進(jìn)行更加準(zhǔn)確的識(shí)別。這對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)科研與教學(xué),以及臨床診斷方面有著現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義和廣闊的前景。 數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)已被廣泛應(yīng)用到生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行處理和分析,并進(jìn)一步完成癌細(xì)胞的檢測(cè)與識(shí)別,能有效的協(xié)助醫(yī)生對(duì)腫瘤癌癥做出診斷。在識(shí)別癌細(xì)胞時(shí),需要做出定量的結(jié)果,人眼很難準(zhǔn)確的完成這類工作,而利用計(jì)算機(jī)圖像處理完成顯微圖像的分析和識(shí)別已經(jīng)取得了很大的進(jìn)展。近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)學(xué)圖像研究者對(duì)癌細(xì)胞的檢測(cè)識(shí)別提出了很多理論和方法,對(duì)癌細(xì)胞的診斷具有十分 重要的意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 細(xì)胞邊緣的檢測(cè)是進(jìn)行細(xì)胞面積圓度個(gè)數(shù)和顏色等形態(tài)及色度學(xué)的計(jì)算和分析的基礎(chǔ),其檢測(cè)結(jié)果直接影響病情的分析和診斷結(jié)果。經(jīng)典的邊緣檢測(cè)算子如 Sobel 算子, Laplacian 算子等利用圖像的每個(gè)像素鄰域內(nèi)灰度的變化來(lái)檢測(cè)邊緣。雖然這些算子計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)單、速度較快,但存在對(duì)噪聲干擾敏感,得到孤立或分小段連續(xù)邊緣像素,重疊相鄰細(xì)胞邊緣等缺陷,而利用最佳閥值分割和輪廓提取相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行邊緣檢測(cè) , 通過(guò)迭代算法求得圖像分割的最佳閾值,再利用輪廓提取算法,挖去細(xì)胞內(nèi)部像素點(diǎn),最后剩余部分圖像就是細(xì)胞的邊 緣 ,改變了傳統(tǒng)邊緣檢測(cè)算法的處理順序, 通過(guò)MATLAB 編程實(shí)現(xiàn)后, 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明能有效抑制噪聲干擾影響, 同時(shí)能夠客觀河南科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II 地、正確地選取邊緣檢測(cè)的門(mén)限值, 從而進(jìn)行精確的細(xì)胞邊緣檢測(cè)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :癌細(xì)胞,邊緣檢測(cè),最佳閾值,輪廓提取 , 數(shù)字圖像處理 河南科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) III CANCER CELL EDGE DETECTION (BASED ON ITERATIVE ALGORITHM AND CORROSION ALGORITHM, CONTOUR EXTRACTION) ABSTRACT Many people will me ntion cancer fear, cancer is one of the most mon fatal diseases in the world today the world every year many people die of cancer, and incidence rate is still increasing every year. The treatment of cancer depends on the diagnosis of his early, early is the best period of the treatment of cancer. The time of diagnosis of most cases of cancer are now belong to the late, lost the best time to cure, so the accurate early diagnosis and treatment has bee an urgent need to address the problem. Cancer cells and noncancer pathology experts in a traditional microscope to observe the biopsy or smear difficult to distinguish, with the help of modern puter technology, bined with practical experience of the pathologist, medical image processing using image processing technology, can improve to judge the effectiveness and efficiency in the use of the image information and thus more accurate identification of cancer cells. Although these operators is simple, fast, but there are sensitive to noise, get isolated or in short sections of a continuous edge pixels, overlapping the adjacent cell edge defects, while the optimal threshold segmentation and contour extraction method of bining edge detection, obtained by the iterative algorithm for the optimal threshold for image segmentation, contour extraction algor ithm, digging inside the cell pixels, the last remaining part of the image is the edge of the cell, change the processing order of the traditional edge detection algorithm, by MATLAB programming, the experimental results that can effectively suppress the noise impact at the same time be able to objectively and correctly select the edge detection threshold, precision cell edge detection.
