【正文】 華北科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) i 摘 要 共軛凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)廣泛應(yīng)用于劍桿織機(jī)中,決定劍桿織機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)的平穩(wěn)性和織物組織的品質(zhì),又由于其封閉特征, 具 有較好的抗沖擊能力, 運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、振動(dòng)小,因此更加 適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代織機(jī)的高速化發(fā)展 。 共軛凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法是根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)選擇凸輪類型、從動(dòng)件運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律及基本參數(shù),然后進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),如果設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果不符合就重新調(diào)整參數(shù),這樣需要大量復(fù)雜設(shè)計(jì)過程,而且費(fèi)時(shí)。 本 設(shè)計(jì) 是在相關(guān)技術(shù)要求 的 基礎(chǔ)上 , 所開發(fā)的適用于織機(jī)的共軛凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的 CAD 系統(tǒng)。首先介紹了該 CAD 系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)思路,接著分章論述了組成該系統(tǒng)的 兩 個(gè)核心功能模塊。第一個(gè)模塊 是對(duì) 共軛 凸輪機(jī)構(gòu) 的 設(shè)計(jì), 首先確定機(jī)構(gòu)從動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律, 繪出從運(yùn)件運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線圖, 然后根據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)從動(dòng)件運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律求得主動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,并設(shè)定許用壓力角確定合適的凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù),最終完成 共軛 凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的 輪廓計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)輸出 ;第二模塊是對(duì)共軛凸輪 機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),采用遺傳算法作為優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的方法,通過機(jī)構(gòu)的受力 分析,以 主 凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)推程段的效率最大為目標(biāo)函數(shù) ,建立 數(shù)學(xué)模型,以最大壓力角、凸輪表面最大接觸強(qiáng)度、凸輪廓線最小曲率半徑及凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)基本尺寸的邊界條件為約束條件,實(shí)現(xiàn)凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),最終完成 共軛 凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的自主設(shè)計(jì)。 該 系統(tǒng)是在 WindowsXP 平臺(tái)下,用 Visual Basicl 6. 0 開發(fā)而成的 ,采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì),能夠方便快速地設(shè)計(jì)符合要求的共軛凸輪, 并 能 進(jìn) 行一定的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì), 提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,減少設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 共軛凸輪機(jī)構(gòu) ; VB; 計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì) ; 優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì) 共軛凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì) ii Abstract The conjugate cam mechanism widely used in rapier looms, and decides the stability of the rapier looms movement and texture of cloth39。s quality, also as a result of its seal characteristic,and has the good shock resistance, the movement steady, vibrates slightly, therefore even more adapts to the rapid development of modern looms. The conjugate cam mechanism tradition design method is based on experience to choose the type of cam, from the moving parts law of motion and the basic parameter, then carries on the design, if the result does not meet the design parameters on the readjustment, this needs a lot of plex design process, moreover timeconsuming. This design is in the correlation specification foundation, develops being suitable in loom conjugate cam gear CAD system. First introduced the design mentality of the CAD system, then was divided the chapter to elaborate has posed two core function module in the system. The first module is the design of the conjugate cam gear, first determined the anization from the moving parts law of motion, draws from transports the movement diagram of curves, then obtains the initiative law of motion according to the anization from the moving parts law of motion, and establishes the allowable pressure angle determination appropriate cam gear parameter, finally pletes the outline putation and the data output in the conjugate cam gear。 The second module is the optimized design of the conjugate cam gear method of he optimized design choses the geic algorithm, through the analyzes of the anization stress,And through the anization stress analyze, the objective function is the maximal efficiency of pushes Cheng Duan in the master cam anization,and establishes the mathematical model, with the biggest angle of pressure, the cam surface biggest contact intensity, the cam profile minimality radius of curvature and the cam gear basic size as the constraint condition, and achieves the optimized design of the conjugate cam gear parameter,finally pletes the independent design of the conjugate cam gear. This system is under the WindowsXP platform, developments with Visual Basic , uses the modular design, can facilitate designs quickly conjugate cams that conforms to the request, and can carry on certain optimized design, improves the design quality, reduces the design time.
