【正文】 塑料衣架模具的設(shè)計(jì)和典型模具零件的數(shù)控加工 第 1 頁(yè) 共 65 頁(yè) 塑料衣架模具的設(shè)計(jì)和典型模具零件的數(shù)控加工 [摘要 ] 以塑料衣架模具的設(shè)計(jì)和典型模具零件的數(shù)控加工為例,介紹了注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)方法和流程。首先根據(jù)塑件材料及工藝特性用 pro/e軟件對(duì)零件進(jìn)行模型分析,然后選擇注塑機(jī)并確定型腔數(shù)目,接著確定成形方案:總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、分型面設(shè)計(jì)、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等。最后進(jìn)行注塑機(jī)工藝參數(shù)校核,包括注射量、鎖模力、注射壓力、模具厚度和注射機(jī)閉合高度等方面,然后運(yùn)用 MasterCAM 軟件對(duì)成型零件的數(shù)控加工,確定刀具路徑和加工方法,模擬其加工過(guò)程。 [關(guān) 鍵詞 ] 注塑模 數(shù)控加工 模具設(shè)計(jì) MasterCAM 塑料衣架模具的設(shè)計(jì)和典型模具零件的數(shù)控加工 第 2 頁(yè) 共 65 頁(yè) Plastic mold design of clothes racks and it’s typical mold ponents process by NC Abstract: This paper introduce the design and process of injection mold base on the example of Plastic mold design of clothes racks and it’s typical mold ponents process by NC. determine forming programs : overall structural design, type design, gating system design, ejection mechanism design, design of the cooling system .Finally checking processing parameters of the
