皖西學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 第 1頁(yè) 壓縮機(jī)護(hù)板 沖壓 模具設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) 作 者 指導(dǎo)教師 摘要 :本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容為設(shè)計(jì)壓縮機(jī)護(hù)板的沖壓模具,整個(gè)過(guò)程中包括了工藝路線的選擇,各種力的計(jì)算,壓力機(jī)的選擇,以及模具各部件的設(shè)計(jì)。工藝路線主要包括落料沖孔、彎曲兩道工序,設(shè)計(jì)一套落料沖孔復(fù)合模和一套彎曲模具。沖壓工藝的選擇是在查閱了相關(guān)資料和對(duì)產(chǎn)品外形成尺寸進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上制定的;沖壓模具的設(shè)計(jì)綜合考慮了經(jīng)濟(jì)性、零件的沖壓工藝性以及復(fù)雜程度等諸多因素;產(chǎn)品毛坯的展開(kāi)尺寸計(jì)算是在方便又不影響零件成型的前提下轉(zhuǎn)化為所熟悉的模型進(jìn)行的。兩 套模具主要部分零件給出了相應(yīng)的尺寸計(jì)算,同時(shí)給出了詳細(xì)的零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)零件的要求,生成了最后的彎曲??傃b配圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 :落料沖孔 復(fù)合模 彎曲 彎曲模 Compressor guard stamping die design specification Abstract:The contents of this graduation project for stamping die design pressor guard, the whole process including the choice of process route, the calculation of the forces, the choice of the press, and various parts of the mold design.
