Design and development planning ? The anization shall plan and control the design and development of product. During the design and development planning, the anization shall determine – a) the design and development stages, – b) the review, verification and validation that are appropriate to each design and development stage, and – c) the responsibilities and authorities for design and development. ? The anization shall manage the interfaces between different groups involved in design and development to ensure effective munication and clear assignment of responsibility. ? Planning output shall be updated, as appropriate, as the design and development progresses. TS 16949的要求 ? Product design input – The anization shall identify, document and review the product design inputs requirements, including the following: – customer requirements (contract review) such as special characteristics (see ), identification,traceability and packaging。 – use of information: the anization shall have a process to deploy information gained from previous design projects, petitor analysis, supplier feedback, internal input, field data, and other relevant sources, for current and future projects of a similar nature。 – targets for product quality, life, reliability, durability, maintainability, timing and cost. Multidisciplinary approach – The anization shall use a multidisciplinary approach to prepare for product realization, including – . development/finalization and monitoring of special characteristics, – . development and review of FMEAs, including actions to reduce potential risks, and – . development and review of control plans. TS 16949的要求 ? Manufacturing process design input ? The anization shall identify, document and review the manufacturing process design input requirements, including – product design output data, – targets for productivity, process capability and cost, – customers requirements, if any, and – experience from previous developments. The anization shall identify special characteristics [see d)] and – include all special characteristics in the control plan, – ply with customerspecified definitions and symbols, and – identify process control documents including drawings, FMEAs, control plans, and operator instructions with the customer’s special characteristic symbol or the anization’s equivalent symbol or notation to include those process steps that affect special characteristics. ? Product design outputs ? The product design output shall be expressed in terms that can be verified and validated against product design input requirements. The product design output shall include: – design FMEA, reliability results, – product special characteristics and specifications, – product errorproofing, as appropriate, – product definition including drawings or mathematically based data, – product design reviews results, and – diagnostic guidelines where applicable.
