【正文】 摘要 隨著國人生活水平的不斷提高，人們的生活方式不再僅限于普通的衣、食、住、行。人們不僅要在物質(zhì)方面得到提高，而且在精神方面也追求有一個質(zhì)的突變。于是，人們越來越多的選擇在周末或假期間外出旅游 ， 享受旅游給自己帶來的樂趣，擴展視野。針對大眾的這種需求，許許多多的旅行社就由此孕育而生，旅行社 則需要由一個合適的管理系統(tǒng)來規(guī)范，所以旅行社管理系統(tǒng)的建立是十分必要的。 在本 論文中論述了 旅行社 管理系統(tǒng) — 內(nèi)部事務(wù)管理 的研究意義 和 研 究的主要內(nèi)容。 首先對系統(tǒng)中用到的理論知識及相關(guān)技術(shù) 、工具 進行了論述， 該論文 詳細論述了 系統(tǒng) 中的子系統(tǒng)： 旅行社 管理系統(tǒng)中的 內(nèi)部事務(wù)管理 的 設(shè)計與實現(xiàn) 。 人事 管理 、工資管理 和 用戶 管理，這三個模塊是 該 子 系統(tǒng) 全部 組成 部分，其中 人事管理模塊實現(xiàn)了管理員對員工 信息查詢、修改、增添、刪除，對工資的查詢及修改，對用戶密碼的修改和刪除用戶； 新用戶可以注冊后登陸該系統(tǒng)，用戶還可以通過注冊時的安全碼找回密碼，用戶可以查詢員工的基本信息及工資信息。 經(jīng)過分析， 設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng) 使用 JSP， SQL Server2020， 和Dreamweaver MX 等開發(fā)工具，利用其提供的各種面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)工具，實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng) 的各個功能 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 旅行社 管理 ； 內(nèi)部事務(wù) 管理 ； 人事管理 ； 信息查詢； The travel agency management system with design and realizes Management of internal affairs Abstract With the continuous improvement of living standards of Chinese people39。s way of life no longer limited to ordinary clothing, food, housing and transport.
