【正文】 本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 CAD 圖紙 401339828 工業(yè)點焊機(jī)的設(shè)計摘 要點焊機(jī)又稱電阻焊機(jī),是利用被焊工件的自身的電阻,在局部通過大電流產(chǎn)生高溫而使工件熔接起來的焊接設(shè)備。由于熱量來源于工件的內(nèi)部,因此電阻焊機(jī)有著廣泛的運用。我國電阻焊技術(shù)經(jīng)歷了工頻交流、直流脈沖、三相低頻、次極整流、微機(jī)控制和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控技術(shù)水平的提升過程。目前,我國采用微機(jī)控制的次極整流的點/縫焊機(jī)、帶恒流輸出的質(zhì)量控制電阻焊機(jī)的應(yīng)用已較為普遍,電阻焊質(zhì)量控制理論和技術(shù)、各種通用及專用電阻點/縫焊機(jī)、成套設(shè)備的研究和應(yīng)用已較為普遍和成熟,接近國際先進(jìn)水平。本課題主要要求設(shè)計一種工業(yè)用點焊機(jī)。此種點焊機(jī)主要用在機(jī)加車間,對焊接件進(jìn)行點焊,以完成零件的焊接固定。此種設(shè)備可以完全取代原有的手工操作,大大提高了零件加工的生產(chǎn)效率。關(guān)鍵詞:點焊機(jī),電阻焊,焊接,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 CAD 圖紙 401339828 Industrial spot welding machineABSTRACTAlso known as resistance spot welding machine, welder was using pieces of their own resistance, in the local heat generated through the highcurrent welding of workpieces up welding equipment.
