Now it has bee a pillar industry of our country. Rise and decline of the real estate industry is not only related to the related employees and enterprises, but also closely related to national economy and people39。s livelihood. In the past two years, the real estate policy is not very clear. The future of real estate is still uncertain. So in such a plicated unknown market, real estate enterprises doing the feasibility study before developing projects has an important significance. This project is a shantytown renovation project, which is a key project, a benefiting people project of Qingdao. Based on the research of the related policy and market analysis, determine the market positioning of this project. Through the proposed construction plan and construction schedule arrangement, this project has been proved the feasibility of the technology. Through total investment estimation, financial analysis and uncertainty analysis, this project has been proved the economic feasibility. The feasible conclusion of this project is given. And this project is suggested to carry out.
