【正文】 摘要隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入，經(jīng)濟全球一體化的迅猛發(fā)展，企業(yè)環(huán)境的急劇變化，人們的工作節(jié)奏加快，社會競爭日益激烈，這些變化使企業(yè)員工的工作壓力達到了前所未有的高度。工作壓力對員工的生理、心理和行為產(chǎn)生了很大的影響，已成為影響組織績效的重要因素。對于企業(yè)員工工作壓力和工作績效之間的關(guān)系的研究，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文是對企業(yè)員工工作壓力和工作績效之間的關(guān)系進行的研究，工作壓力和工作績效指標體系及其它們之間的關(guān)系還處于理論探索性階段。本文是在以往研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上證明企業(yè)員工工作壓力對工作績效的影響，它對企業(yè)中的人力資源管理提供了借鑒，為企業(yè)人員的壓力管理和工作績效的提高提供了支持。關(guān)鍵詞：企業(yè)員工；工作壓力；工作績效；外源壓力；內(nèi)源壓力；ABSTRACTWith the development of reform and openingup in our country,the rapid progress nomical globalization,the changing sharply of the environment of enterprises,people39。s workrhythm is accelerated,the social petition is being increasingly intense,and these changes make enterprise staff39。s work stress reach the unprecedented series of personal physical,psychological and behavioral consequences which e from work stress are being more and more important factors that affect work ,administrative staff as their important and special roles in organizations are enduring the even more serious work ,there are a lot of applicable values in studying work stress and work performance to enterprise’s administrative staff.This paper is an empirical study on work stress and work performance of managers in present,these empirical studies are in exploring index system of work stress and work performance,their relation is still at the stage of theoretic paper prove the impact on work performance of enterprise39。s administrative staff39。s work stress by empirical study on the basis of studying the theory in the pastKeywords: Manager, Work stress, Work performance, Extrinsic Stress, Intrinsic Stress目錄摘要 1ABSTRAC
