【正文】 我國科技產(chǎn)業(yè)管理發(fā)展之探究The Study Of The Development Of Our Government’s Technical Industry Management宋志揚(yáng) 程家玲中原大學(xué)電子工程研究所 中華大學(xué)科技管理研究所行政院科技顧問組 交通部高速公路局摘要肇因於經(jīng)營環(huán)境的快速改變及新興科技不斷的推陳出新，企業(yè)面臨改革創(chuàng)新的腳步更為積極，提高企業(yè)競爭力乃為今日業(yè)者生存及接受世界經(jīng)濟(jì)挑戰(zhàn)之要件，政府正尋求推動臺灣成為科技島為目標(biāo)，因此可預(yù)期高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)將主導(dǎo)我國未來企業(yè)發(fā)展之策略主軸。鑑此，本文就科技管理者關(guān)心之課題加以探討，首先分析我國新興科技產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境，進(jìn)一步提出我國科技產(chǎn)業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新策略及新願景，最後，就科技管理之發(fā)展策略方向建議以作結(jié)論，俾能掌握我國在廿一世紀(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展利基，是所深盼。關(guān)鍵詞：科技島、新興科技產(chǎn)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新策略ABSTRACTDue to the fast change of management environment and the newly developing technology continuously es out, All of businesses more faced to the step of innovative reformation vigorously. It’s the main condition to promote the petition of businesses today and accept the challenge of economy in the world. Government just searches for the goal of being the Technologic Island that promoted the Taiwan. So, it’s predictive that high technological businesses will lead the axis of developmental strategy in the future.In this article, It researches the topic that the technological manager concerned. First It analysis the environment of newly developing technological businesses. It makes one step to submit the innovative strategy and new vision of the technological management. At last, It submit the suggestions being a conclusion that’s about the direction of developing strategy of technological management. So, It can under control of the benefit about the industry development in the 21th century.
