【正文】 提供創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境。，如用於資訊儲(chǔ)存的藍(lán)光LD、用於光通訊的長(zhǎng)波長(zhǎng)VCSEL、以及白光LED。 Ethernetbased 區(qū)域性光網(wǎng)為載具，發(fā)展Fiber Optic GbE產(chǎn)品，以成為全球光通訊元件用戶端產(chǎn)品主要生產(chǎn)基地。，協(xié)助國(guó)內(nèi)廠商提昇HDDVD產(chǎn)品之品質(zhì)，並參與國(guó)際組織，與國(guó)際大廠共同制訂規(guī)格。(2)研發(fā)低成本之Flexible / Plastic Display 與 SystemonPanel等技術(shù)。(2)輕薄型LCOS投影機(jī)及關(guān)鍵零組件技術(shù)。(3)長(zhǎng)期建立RF、類比、混合訊號(hào)之核心設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)。(2)設(shè)立SoC設(shè)計(jì)園區(qū)，發(fā)揮群聚效應(yīng)。雖然商業(yè)銀行資金充浮，但限於法令不得承作附有認(rèn)股選擇權(quán)之貸款，使得對(duì)高科技事業(yè)之融通管道仍嫌不夠暢通。國(guó)內(nèi)多是以企業(yè)的營(yíng)收成長(zhǎng)作為上市上櫃的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)於智財(cái)權(quán)未來(lái)價(jià)值之設(shè)算欠缺明確機(jī)制，使得開(kāi)發(fā)智財(cái)權(quán)企業(yè)上市上櫃的困難度極高。國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)以中小企業(yè)為主，即使是大企業(yè)也多缺乏專業(yè)的法務(wù)與智財(cái)權(quán)人員，故在消極的防禦及積極的推動(dòng)上均往往有人才不足的窘境。由於社會(huì)生態(tài)變化快速，在過(guò)去的組織分工架構(gòu)下，很多行政事務(wù)已經(jīng)無(wú)法僅由單一部會(huì)處理，愈來(lái)愈多需要跨部會(huì)的協(xié)調(diào)，致使行政程序複雜冗長(zhǎng)。另一方面，我國(guó)不具有一個(gè)足夠的國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，故生存之道在於不斷拓展海外市場(chǎng)的版圖，以維持規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞：科技島、新興科技產(chǎn)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新策略ABSTRACTDue to the fast change of management environment and the newly developing technology continuously es out, All of businesses more faced to the step of innovative reformation vigorously.
