我國科技產(chǎn)業(yè)管理發(fā)展之探究(更新版)
【正文】 e petition of businesses today and accept the challenge of economy in the world. Government just searches for the goal of being the Technologic Island that promoted the Taiwan. So, it’s predictive that high technological businesses will lead the axis of developmental strategy in the future.In this article, It researches the topic that the technological manager concerned. First It analysis the environment of newly developing technological businesses. It makes one step to submit the innovative strategy and new vision of the technological management. At last, It submit the suggestions being a conclusion that’s about the direction of developing strategy of technological management. So, It can under control of the benefit about the industry development in the 21th century. So we can do.Keywords：Technologic Island；newly developing technological businesses；innovative strategy 一、前言行政院科技顧問組於民國90年11月召開第廿二次科技顧問會議，對於我國應(yīng)掌握科技產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢，提出五個領(lǐng)域需積極規(guī)劃管理創(chuàng)新及研提新願景，分別為電子、通信、生物技術(shù)、奈米技術(shù)及物料與資訊服務(wù)等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)為推動核心。我國自然資源較少，過去賴以成長的利基在於廉價的勞工，而目前此條件已不復(fù)存在，甚至在亞洲其他國家急起直追之下，中等技術(shù)人員及工程人員的競爭力也可能將在短期內(nèi)消失。許多案件之行政程序冗長，造成社會資源浪費及欠缺時效。加以促進產(chǎn)業(yè)升級條例已停止對創(chuàng)投事業(yè)之優(yōu)惠，創(chuàng)投業(yè)在取得資金方面比過去困難。(2)於研究機構(gòu)建立設(shè)計平臺，協(xié)助產(chǎn)學(xué)計畫之設(shè)計、測試與驗證。(1)籌組平面顯示器「研發(fā)聯(lián)盟」，以研究機構(gòu)作為共同合作研發(fā)場所。，積極參與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定組織。﹐開發(fā)Killer Application產(chǎn)品﹐促使相關(guān)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)及時由成長期進入成熟期。由業(yè)界科?；蛘г耖g之軟體開發(fā)計畫，著眼於應(yīng)用軟體技術(shù)之開發(fā)成效。，促進海峽兩岸人才交流。透過光纖通訊產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的運作，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)垂直整合，並引進重點技術(shù)與高科技人才。，包括：(1)亞洲地區(qū)性疾病相關(guān)生技醫(yī)藥，(2)結(jié)合光機電資訊工程之生醫(yī)技術(shù)，(3)臺灣特殊動植物及種苗，(4)中醫(yī)及中草藥科學(xué)化應(yīng)用，(5)精密生技醫(yī)藥量產(chǎn)。以導(dǎo)入下世代光記錄媒體之研發(fā)中，以爭取智財權(quán)保障。，快速取得關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。，提升服務(wù)內(nèi)涵，改善服務(wù)品質(zhì)。 to B電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用，建立完善BtoG及GtoB架構(gòu)。:偏遠地區(qū)寬頻建置。，如資訊平臺、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全等項目。?生技等產(chǎn)業(yè)，提高附加價值。：政府致力召開重大國家會議，如全國經(jīng)濟、行政院科技、SRB、經(jīng)發(fā)會..等會議，以凝聚共識，規(guī)劃產(chǎn)業(yè)永續(xù)發(fā)展科技方
