Ltd., which cover the ineffective munication between purchase and the warehouse, the imbalance between the high stock and low turnover, the inefficient space utilization, poor application and management of the information technology, and the mon problem that the spare pares get missing from time to time and so on. Meanwhile, this paper, aiming at improving the stock management, constructively proposes the corresponding solutions to those aforementioned problems as useful references for the pany, such as developing effective flowchart between the purchase and warehouse, putting the stock under reasonable control, speed up the turnover of the parts, making efficient use of the space, strengthenin
