本文收錄于計算機工程與設計2005年5期廣東電信公話業(yè)務中CRM系統(tǒng)的研究與探索馬根峰 (廣東電信公用電話管理中心 廣州 510635)摘要 客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)(CRM)的計算機應用是指利用計算機信息技術(shù),針對”營銷、銷售、客戶服務、客戶交互和客戶分析”等面向客戶的業(yè)務領(lǐng)域而設計出的各種軟件功能模塊的組合,來最大限度地支持CRM的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)念在企業(yè)范圍內(nèi)的具體實踐。筆者首先對CRM進行了簡單地介紹,然后結(jié)合公話業(yè)務的特點,對公話業(yè)務CRM的設計進行了一定的探索,界定了公話業(yè)務CRM應用所涉及的領(lǐng)域,設計了基于分析型公話CRM應用系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)模型、基本功能模塊及其設計平臺。 關(guān)鍵詞 CRM;公話客戶;功能模塊 The research of Customer Relationship Management in Public Payphone Service in Guangdong Tele Corporation MA Genfeng (Public Payphone Center, Guangdong Tele Corporation, Guangzhou 510635)ABSTRACT: The application of Customer Relationship Management(CRM)by puter information technology is integrated with soft function modules designed for customercentric fields according to marketing, sales, customer service, customer interaction and customer analyse. It is developed for support the application of CRM management notion in scope of enterprise furthest. First I introduce CRM briefly, then I explore the design of CRM in public payphone, set the
