As the basic industry and basic work in geological survey is an integral part of national economic construction, the development of national defense and the infrastructure construction. Geological prospecting construction is a multidisciplinary, multi process collaboration with system engineering, exploration and construction projects in the sparsely populated, high altitude, traffic inconvenience, geographical and meteorological conditions in plex area, the work is distributed, multi points and long distance, high mobility, security management difficult, bined with many years of geological prospecting units on the exploration construction project always uses extensive safety management mode, more potential unsafe factors in the process of construction, all kinds of accidents and injuries in the event that damage the lives and safety of workers will also lead to the loss of state property if not strengthen the prevention control.In order to help the geological prospecting units to improve project safety management mode, implement risk management, provide the scientific methods and means to improve the efficiency of security management, this paper firstly introduces the geological survey project construction of the basic procedures and sub project, the accident causing theory from four aspects of human unsafe behavior, physical environment conditions and management defects unsafe state, poor exploration risk source construction project for the existence of identification analysis of geology, bined with the construction characteristics of geological exploration project in the construction of objects striking, vehicle accidents, injuries, lifting machine damage, shock, drowning, fire, high fall, poisoning and asphyxia of 9 accidents the rules were studied, then from the people, technology, material, ring, pipe index of prehensive safety evaluation was refined on geological exploration in five aspects according to the theory of safety system engineering, the 26 prehensive safety evaluation index, using the analytic hierarchy process and the expert consultation, collecting data and practical investigation to determine the weight of each index prehensive safety evaluation, established a security risk evaluation model, finally according to the risk assessment model for geological exploration project wind risk score table, dividing the security level of risk, and bining with the practical engineering application of evaluation from three aspects of safety engineering technology, safety education and safety management measures.The results of this study to grasp the geological regularity of safety accidents, improve safety management mode, improve the safety management quality, maintenance worker safety and health, help reduce accidents have a positive role, establish the theory base for the geological exploration prehensive safety analysis and risk management.Keywords: geological exploration。 risk source。 risk assessment。 index。 classification。 management。 countermeasure.目 錄 論 ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 1 研究的背景以及研究的意義 ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 1 地質勘查施工項目安全管理現狀 ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 3 地質勘查施工安全評價研究現狀 ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 6 論文研究的思路及方法 ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
