【正文】 大 學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)（論 文） （ 2020 屆） 題 目： 基于情境和任務(wù)的 Elearning 企業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程開發(fā) 學(xué) 院： 教育科學(xué)學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 教育技術(shù)專業(yè) 姓 名： 學(xué) 號(hào)： XXXXXXXX 指導(dǎo)教師： 1 摘要： 自 2020 年以來(lái)， Elearning 在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛，與此同時(shí)，與Elearning 配套的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的開發(fā)也顯得越來(lái)越重要。當(dāng)前的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程，或多或少都運(yùn)用到教學(xué)法，但是主動(dòng)地、科學(xué)地、合理地運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的教學(xué)法的還是少數(shù)。本文以提高學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)效率為目標(biāo)，首先闡述 Elearning 及企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)概念；然后提出 Elearning 的困境，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出通過合理運(yùn)用教學(xué)法來(lái)提高網(wǎng)絡(luò) 課程的自學(xué)有效性的觀點(diǎn)，并闡述了“情境教學(xué)法”和“任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)法”的相關(guān)含義及注意事項(xiàng)；最后根據(jù)基本理論對(duì)課程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析。力圖使所設(shè)計(jì)的課程達(dá)到既是工具又是教師的效果，并希望能為其它的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程開發(fā)提供一定的借鑒意義。 關(guān)鍵詞： Elearning，企業(yè)培訓(xùn)，課程，情境教學(xué)法，任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)法 2 Abstract:Ever since 2020, Elearning has had wider and wider application in corporation training. Meanwhile, the development of online course supporting Elearning also bees more and more important. Methodology is more or less used in the online course now, but there is little active, scientific and appropriate application of advanced methodology. This article aims to increase the learning interest and efficiency of learners. First of all, the implication of Elearning and corporation training is explained. Then the plight of Elearning is represented, and based on these, the view that the appropriate use of methodology can increase the efficiency of selflearning through online course is put forward in this article. And then, the implication of “Situational Teaching Method” and “Taskdriving Method” and matters needing attention are explained. At last, based on the fundamental theory, the author analyses the design of course with some examples. With the hope that the course can have the effect of not only an instrument but also a teacher at the same time. Maybe this course can give some reference for the other Elearning course development.
