要隨著我國(guó)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域的擴(kuò)大,自動(dòng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)快速發(fā)展,各工科院校自動(dòng)化類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大都開(kāi)設(shè)了自動(dòng)檢測(cè)、傳感器技術(shù)類(lèi)型的課程。由于缺乏良好的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)施,其教學(xué)質(zhì)量受到影響。為了加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的工程意識(shí),設(shè)計(jì)適合工科大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)有重要意義。本文主要研究了分體傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)。本課題是在以往有關(guān)傳感器方面研究課題的基礎(chǔ)上研究傳感器在工科大學(xué)(特別是建筑類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè))檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室中的應(yīng)用。首先,本文提出了分體式傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的概念,并對(duì)分體式傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的特點(diǎn),關(guān)鍵技術(shù),發(fā)展歷史,研究方向和應(yīng)用前景做了介紹, 同時(shí)也對(duì)當(dāng)前市面上傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的情況做了分析,提出制作針對(duì)工科大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的必要性。其次,對(duì)分體式傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)做了深入的剖析,主要從以下兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究一是分體式傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)中的傳感器原理,二是分布體傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的主要部件的選擇。該傳感器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)可廣泛應(yīng)用于工科大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用背景和市場(chǎng)發(fā)展空間。關(guān)鍵詞:傳感器;轉(zhuǎn)換電路;穩(wěn)壓電源;顯示系統(tǒng)
