It consists of the workbench, installed on both ends of the workbench, and one side of the guide rail, rail is parallel to the edge of the table, the drill stand by hanging and lock screw is installed on the guide rail。 Equipped with dovetail guideway, drill stand can move on the guide rail level。 Drill stand including actuator mounted on the slip board, slip board, sliding board on the bottom has to match the dovetail on the guide rail of the dovetail groove, mechanical sliding table is equipped with the support frame, the main supporting frame is equipped with longitudinal mechanical sliding table and control system, control system to connect a control activity button station, longitudinal mechanical sliding table is equipped with auxiliary support leg, auxiliary supporting frame through mechanical sliding table equipped with horizontal drilling power head. It solves the existing special drilling machine.Key words: PLC。 Doublesided drilling。 Combination machine tools。 Control system摘要：以雙面鉆孔組合控制機(jī)床為研究對象，通過對主要結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)動形式的探究以及對機(jī)床的工作過程和控制要求分析，給出了機(jī)床動作循環(huán)圖、液壓元件動作表。并采用PLC控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法, 進(jìn)行了軟硬件設(shè)計,根據(jù)雙面鉆孔組合機(jī)床的電氣控制要求，本文設(shè)計了以PLC為核心的主控制系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)闡述了控制系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件的設(shè)計過程，并編寫出PLC控制程序的梯形圖和指令表,通過上位計算機(jī)可對機(jī)床的現(xiàn)場狀態(tài)實(shí)時監(jiān)控和對工作參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整，從而使系統(tǒng)工作達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。有效解決了傳統(tǒng)組合機(jī)床生產(chǎn)過程中故障率高，操作復(fù)雜以及維護(hù)困難等問題。使整個控制系統(tǒng)的操作變得簡單、方便，大大提高了系統(tǒng)的自動化程度和實(shí)用性。
