第 1 頁設計說明本設計為年產量 180 萬噸的中厚板車間,通過對中厚板市場的調研,介紹了中厚板的發(fā)展狀況,分析了中厚板的市場需求,并針對目前的技術狀況,制定出了合理的產品大綱和金屬平衡表。以典型產品Q235(10mm1700mm6000mm、25mm1000mm6000mm、4010mm1450mm4000mm)鋼板為基礎,通過確定典型產品的工藝流程,確定了軋機的布置形式和車間各設備的選用,并制定出典型產品合理的壓下規(guī)程,計算出軋制力能參數(shù),如:軋制力的計算、變形抗力的計算和傳動力矩的計算等。校核軋輥強度并計算電機的容量,以選用合適的軋輥和電機。確定車間工作制度和年工作時間,計算了軋機的年產量,根據(jù)典型產品的工藝和軋件的尺寸等,確定車間平面布置,如合理的設備間距、倉庫面積等,并畫出車間平面布置圖。分析車間的綜合經濟指標。并采取有效的環(huán)境保護措施,如車間的綠化、廢氣和廢渣的再回收等。關鍵詞:中厚板車間,產品大綱、金屬平衡表、軋制力、傳動力矩 第 2 頁Design NotesThe design for the annual production of 180 million tons of plate plant, plate market research, the development of the plate, the plate market demand, and the current state of technology, to develop aa reasonable outline of the products and metal balance sheet.
