河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 設(shè)計說明 I 年產(chǎn) 6 萬噸環(huán)氧樹脂車間工藝設(shè)計 設(shè)計說明 : 環(huán)氧樹脂生產(chǎn)工藝一般分為一步法和二步法。目前低分子量液體環(huán)氧樹脂和中分子量固體環(huán)氧樹脂,一般都采用一步法工藝;高分子量環(huán)氧樹脂采用二步法。 本設(shè)計用 一步法工藝 : 把雙酚 A(BPA)和環(huán)氧氯丙烷 (ECH)在氫氧化鈉作用下進行縮聚,即開環(huán)和閉環(huán)在同一反應(yīng)條件下進行的工藝方法。 以雙酚 A( BPA)為主要原材料,合成的環(huán)氧樹脂稱為雙酚 A( BPA)型環(huán)氧樹脂,是目前產(chǎn)量最大、用途最廣的 環(huán)氧樹脂,由于它的應(yīng)用遍及國民經(jīng)濟的眾多領(lǐng)域,因此又稱為通用型環(huán)氧樹脂。 本設(shè)計用此類 環(huán)氧樹脂。 本 文 從生產(chǎn)工 藝 技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、管理等方面 對 年產(chǎn) 6 萬 噸環(huán)氧樹脂進行了詳細(xì)的論述,內(nèi)容主要包括:設(shè)計依據(jù),工藝路線論證,工藝流程設(shè)計,全流程物料衡算,全流程能量衡算,工藝設(shè)備選型與計算,車間布置設(shè)計,三廢處理及其綜合利用等。 設(shè)計主要成果如下: ① 每天產(chǎn)量理論值 ,實際產(chǎn)量為 ;實際年產(chǎn)量為 萬噸。 ② 用水蒸氣加熱的 50 000L 閉式攪拌 溶解釜; 用冰鹽水冷卻的 50 000L 搪玻璃閉式攪拌 反應(yīng)釜, 材料為 鎳鉻不銹鋼 0Cr18Ni9 。 ③ 主要設(shè)備: 漿式攪拌器 ; 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)橢圓形上封頭,錐形下封頭 ; 支承式支座,選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為 JB/T472—92; 釜夾套 ; 1 000L環(huán)氧氯丙烷回收釜 ; 8 000L苯貯槽 ; 3 0000L脫苯釜 ; 進出料管都選用普通無縫鋼管 ; 泵選擇屏蔽泵 B; 過濾器 。 ④ 圖紙包括: 1) 、工藝流程圖 2) 、物料圖 3) 、反應(yīng)釜的裝配圖 關(guān)鍵詞 : 環(huán)氧樹脂 , 一步法 , 車間工藝設(shè)計 河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) Design Notes II Annual output of 60 000 tons of epoxy resin plant process design Design Notes: Epoxy resin production process is generally divided into onestep and twostep. Present in low molecular weight solid epoxy resins and liquid epoxy resin, generally using onestep process。 high molecular weight epoxy resin with twostep. This design one step process: the bisphenol A (BPA) and epichlorohydrin (ECH) in the condensation under the action of sodium hydroxide, the openloop and closedloop in the same reaction conditions for process design of the use of such epoxy resin. To bisphenol A (BPA) as the main raw material, known as bisphenol epoxy resin synthesized A (BPA) type epoxy resin is the output of the largest and most widely used epoxy resin, because of its application throughout the national economy many areas, socalled general epoxy resin. It is ether type. In this paper, production technology, economics, management and other aspects of an annual output of 60 000 tons epoxy discussed in detail, mainly including: the design basis, process route feasibility studies, process design, the whole process material balance, the whole process of energy accountancy, process equipment selection and calculation, plant layout design, waste treatment and prehensive utilization. Design of the main results are as follows: (1) daily output of the theoretical value , actual production was 。 actual annual output of 59 600 tons. (2) lined with closed steam heating 50 000L stir to dissolve kettle。 with ice cooling saline 50 000L lined closed stirred tank reactor, D = 3 800mm, H = 4 600mm. Material for the nickelchromium stainless steel0Cr18Ni9 .
