【正文】 1 / 113年產(chǎn) 60 萬噸棒材生產(chǎn)車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)為年產(chǎn) 60 萬噸棒材車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)。產(chǎn)品為Φ16～ Φ36mm 的熱軋帶肋鋼筋和圓鋼，主要鋼種為碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼，優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼，低合金鋼，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量執(zhí)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。根據(jù)成品規(guī)格選擇尺寸為 150mm150mm10000mm 的連鑄坯為原料，加熱爐為三段步進(jìn)梁式加熱爐。本設(shè)計(jì)采用全連續(xù)軋制生產(chǎn)工藝，全線共有軋機(jī) 18 架，其中粗軋機(jī) 6 架，中軋機(jī) 6 架，精軋機(jī) 6 架，終軋最大軋制速度為 13m/s。設(shè)計(jì)中采用的孔型系統(tǒng)為：扁箱（1）—方箱（2）—橢（3）—圓（4）—橢（5）—圓（6）—橢（7）—圓（8）—橢（9）—圓（10）—橢（11）—圓（12）—橢（13）—圓（14）—橢（15）—圓（16）—橢（17）—圓（18） 。關(guān)鍵詞：工藝設(shè)計(jì)，熱軋帶肋鋼筋，型鋼、連鑄坯，全連續(xù)軋制2 / 113Process Design of hot rolled bar Workshop with Production Capacity of 600,000 t/aSpecialty：Metal Material EngineeringName：Yang LeiInstructor：Zhao XichengAbstractThis is the technology design for producing sixhundred thounsands tons of hot rolled bar workshop per year. The size of the product is between Φ16 and Φ36 with the major steel grade of the carbon structural steel ,the carbon constructional quality steel or the low alloyed we carry out national standard during the production .According to the size of product we use the concast billets with the size of 150mm150mm10000mm for the raw material and the Walking Beam Heating Furnace . We use continuous rolling technology ，there is 18 mill in mon ,6 for roughing mill ,6 for medium mill ,6 for finishing mill . The largest end mill speed is about 13m/s .In the production of steel rolling we use the pass system of square－square－ellipse－ circle－ellipse－circle－ellipse－circle －ellipse－circle－ellipse
