【正文】 河北聯(lián)合大學(xué)輕工學(xué)院COLLEGE OF LIGHT INDUSTRY, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)題目:年產(chǎn) 200 萬(wàn)噸 1700 熱軋帶鋼車間工藝設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào):專業(yè)班級(jí): 學(xué) 部:材料化工部指導(dǎo)教師: 2022 年 05 月 20 日摘 要I摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)為年產(chǎn) 200 萬(wàn)噸的 1700 多品種板帶生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì)。本著多品種,多規(guī)格的原則制定了產(chǎn)品大綱,其中包括汽車大梁鋼、船板鋼、管線鋼,汽車板用鋼等,并以其為出發(fā)點(diǎn),盡量從工藝上使產(chǎn)品做到高質(zhì)量、高附加值。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品規(guī)格和設(shè)計(jì)要求,確定軋機(jī)各主要部件的尺寸以及一些必要的工藝參數(shù)。本設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)比較,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用情況,選用了 7 架 CVC 軋機(jī),這對(duì)產(chǎn)品的板形控制起到了關(guān)鍵作用。對(duì)典型產(chǎn)品壓下規(guī)程的設(shè)計(jì)包括壓下量的分配、速度制度的確定、溫度制度的確定以及力能參數(shù)的計(jì)算等等各方面參數(shù)的選定。再有就是校核軋輥與選擇電機(jī)等問(wèn)題,此外,本設(shè)計(jì)還對(duì)車間內(nèi)的各種消耗和厚度控制等做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹。關(guān)鍵詞:多品種;兩架獨(dú)立的可逆粗軋機(jī);CVC 板形控制AbstractIIAbstractThis paper design for the work place which yearly produces 3 million tons various straps production. To the principle of more varieties and more specifications we develop a product program including automobile big joist steel, ship plate steel, pipe line steel, car plate steel and so on and taking it as the starting point make the products high grade and the high attachment value as far as possibl. According to product specifications and design requirements, we identify the major ponents of the mill size and the necessary parameters[1]. After careful parison。 bining with the field use situation we select seven CVC mills, which play a key role in the plate shape control of the product. The Drafting Schedule Design of the typical product is also includes reduction distribution, the speed system, the system of determining the temperature, calculating of the power parameters and parameters selected. Checking roll and choice electrical are the key problems to normal production. In order to work smoothly, do not allow equipment fullload or overload of work for a long tinme.
