河北聯(lián)合大學(xué)輕工學(xué)院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 設(shè)計(jì)題目: 年產(chǎn) 200 萬(wàn)噸 1580熱軋帶鋼生產(chǎn)線工藝設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)為年產(chǎn) 200 萬(wàn)噸熱帶連軋車間 , 選擇 250mm 厚坯,雙粗 軋 可逆布置。產(chǎn)品范圍 ~18mm, 典型產(chǎn)品 5mm。 產(chǎn)品要求品種廣泛,質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)良。 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括建廠依據(jù), 原料選擇,軋機(jī)數(shù)量、形式、能力選擇, 軋制規(guī)程計(jì)算,軋制圖表,年產(chǎn)量計(jì)算,凸度規(guī)程計(jì)算,電機(jī)發(fā)熱校核,軋輥強(qiáng)度校核,輔助設(shè)備 校核,金屬平衡、燃料消耗計(jì)算。 為了 能 生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量的 汽車板用熱卷 , 軋制時(shí)對(duì)中間坯的厚度、凸度、表面光潔度都有較高要求,對(duì)溫度有更嚴(yán)格的制度。粗軋機(jī)配置 CVC,控制凸度,嚴(yán)格控制中間坯凸度,也提高粗軋壓下量。采取輥道邊部加熱、層流邊部遮擋,保證熱卷產(chǎn)品殘余應(yīng)力較小。采用新型板凸度儀,高效處理凸度信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)凸度、平直度自動(dòng)控制,做到表面光潔,尺寸精度高,為后續(xù)冷軋?zhí)峁┖细駧Ь怼? 所設(shè)計(jì) 熱軋廠裝備有高效的帶鋼軋制 自學(xué)習(xí) 模型和調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng),從而使帶鋼厚度、板形、寬度、終軋和卷取溫度的控制精度極高。能夠使產(chǎn)品達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)量和品種質(zhì)量的要求,滿足市場(chǎng)需求。 關(guān)鍵字 1580 熱軋帶鋼 ;厚板坯;粗軋 CVC 軋機(jī);汽車板用熱卷Abstract II Abstract Designed to plete the design of the task book requirements (more than million tons annual output of varieties of tropical plant and rolling).
