【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 題目： 上洋石灰石礦年產(chǎn) 200萬噸礦石露天開采設(shè)計 學(xué) 院： 資源與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 采礦工程 學(xué) 號： 學(xué)生姓名： 指導(dǎo)教師： 日 期： 二〇一四年六月 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計 的題 目為上洋石灰石礦年產(chǎn) 200 萬噸礦石露天開采設(shè)計 ，設(shè)計的主要目的是根據(jù)要求為上洋石灰石礦設(shè)計 合理的開采方法和開拓方案。 本設(shè)計 的主要思路是通過已知的大田縣太華鎮(zhèn)上洋石灰石礦相關(guān)資料，按照國家相關(guān)規(guī)定，根據(jù)大學(xué)期間所學(xué)知識，并參考國內(nèi)外相似規(guī)模的礦山采礦現(xiàn)狀選擇和確定適當(dāng)?shù)牟傻V參數(shù)，從而按照要求設(shè)計出一套經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理，技術(shù)上可行的結(jié)合實際情況利于開采的最優(yōu)方案。 本設(shè)計 的內(nèi)容包括：礦山概況、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較、礦床地質(zhì)特性的研究、露天開采境界的確定、礦山開拓運輸設(shè)計、礦山采礦機械設(shè)備的選型、礦山的總體平面布置、礦山輔助設(shè)施的確定、礦山的環(huán)境保護(hù)與勞動安全衛(wèi)生、礦山土建工程量的確定，其中主要以露天開采境界的確 定、礦山開拓運輸設(shè)計、礦山采礦機械設(shè)備的選型為主。 本 設(shè)計的主要參數(shù)有設(shè)計年產(chǎn)為 200 萬噸礦石 ， 設(shè)計經(jīng)濟(jì)合理剝采比為 179。/m 179。，開拓方式為公路運輸開拓，臺階坡面角為 70176。和 45176。，臺階高度為 10m；安全平臺寬度為 4m，清掃平臺寬度為 8m；露天礦最小底寬為 25m，最終開采底部標(biāo)高為 +360m。露天礦境界內(nèi)可采儲量 萬噸，可采年限 年。 運輸設(shè)備為 SH380 型 自卸汽車和 WK4 型電鏟。均衡剝采比為 。設(shè)計采用KQ250 型潛孔鉆機進(jìn)行穿孔，斜線起爆。采用汽車運輸 —排土機排 土。 關(guān)鍵詞： 上洋石灰石礦；露天開采境界；經(jīng)濟(jì)合理剝采比；可采儲量；斜線起爆 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract The topic was on Shangyang designed annual production capacity of 2 million tons of ore limestone mine open pit design, the main purpose of the design is based on the requirements for the rational design of Shangyang limestone mining methods and develop solutions . The main idea is designed by the known Daejeon Ottawa County town Shangyang limestone relevant information, in accordance with relevant state regulations, based on what they have learned during college , and with reference to the status of mining mines abroad selection of similar size and determine the appropriate mining parameters to design according to the requirements set out on economically reasonable and technically feasible with the actual situation conducive to the exploitation of the optimal solution. The content design include:determining mining overview, technical and economic parison study geological characteristics of the deposit,the determination of the realm of openpit mining , mine development and transportation design, selection of mining machinery and mining equipment , the overall layout of the mine , mine support facilities , environmental protection and occupational safety and health , mine mine to determine the amount of civil works , mainly in the realm of openpit mining determined to open up the selection of transport mine design, mining machinery and mining equipment based. The main parameters of this design has a designed annual production capacity of 200 million tons of ore .
