【正文】 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學 本科生畢業(yè)設計說明書 題 目：設計年產(chǎn) 150 萬噸的中厚板廠 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學畢業(yè)設計說明書 I 摘要 此 設計是以 包頭 地區(qū)為條件， 設計年產(chǎn)量 150 萬噸 的中厚板廠 ，分析了在包頭地區(qū)建造新的中厚板廠 的可行性 和必要性 。 結合設計條件及年產(chǎn)量要求完成了10 個產(chǎn)品品種、 10 個產(chǎn)品規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品方案表和金屬平衡表。以 鋼種為 X70 的 連軋坯軋制中厚板 。 第一章 是中厚板 的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況 和 建廠可行性分析 報告 ，總結了當前世界各國中厚板 生產(chǎn)技術的先進水平，包括設備、技術及 理念等，然后進行了建廠的可行性分析； 第二 、三 章是對設計任務、生產(chǎn)品種及工藝流程進行了確定，制定了生產(chǎn)工藝 和 產(chǎn)品方案； 第 四 章 對軋制規(guī)程進行了介紹比如：壓下裝置 、 軋制速度制度 、 撓度 、 溫度制度，并對其進行了詳細的計算與制定 ； 第 五 章 對設計 進行 各項 力能參數(shù)的計算，包括軋制表的計算 ，也對軋輥強度和軋機主電機能力進行了校核； 第 六 章介紹了車間平面布置， 選擇了 加熱爐、主電室、軋輥間的配置， 確定主要 設備的間距； 第 七 章是對 設計車間 產(chǎn)量進行了計算，包括各設備的生產(chǎn)能力、車間平均小時生產(chǎn)能力及車間年生產(chǎn)能力； 第 八 章編制了 技術經(jīng)濟指標，確定了車間內(nèi)各項設備、原材料、動力等利用程度的指標。 最后根據(jù)設計參數(shù)，繪制車間平面布置圖。 關鍵詞： 中厚板 ；車間設計；生產(chǎn)工藝 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學畢業(yè)設計說明書 II Abstract This design that take the Baotou area as a condition, has designed the annual yield of million tons new medium and heavy plate factory, analysed the feasibility and necessity of the construction of a new plate factory in Baotou area. Combined design conditions and the requirements of annual yield,the design pletes 10 product varieties,10 product specifications and metal balance sheet table. A cogged ingot of X70 is used for the rolling medium plate. Chapters 2 and 3 is a design task, the production process carried out to determine the species and to develop the production process and product solutions。. The plans of the products,the sorts of the products,the process flow and technological demand are described in the second and third chapter. The fourth rolling regulations were introduced such as: pressure device, rolling speed system, temperature regime, and its detailed calculation and formulation. The fifth chapter is about the calculation of the steel rolling,equipment capability,tool designing and intension verifying. The sixth chapter is about the choice of mostly and assistant equipment which according to equipment parameter. The outputs of workshop,which involve the average output of per hour and the whole year outputs were calculated in the eighth chapter. The tenth chapter is about the technical and economic targets including the use of equipments,raw materials and power. At last,the layout of workshop was drawed according to designing parameters.
