本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 年產(chǎn) 160 萬噸熟料 舜岳 水泥廠設(shè)計 — 重點設(shè)計:水泥粉磨 THE PRODUCTION OF CLINKER PER YEAR MILLION TONS OF SHUNYUE FLY ASH CEMENT PLANT DESISN — KEY DESIGN:CEMENT DESIGN 安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 年產(chǎn) 160 萬噸熟料 舜岳 水泥廠設(shè)計 — 重點設(shè)計:水泥粉磨 摘 要 該 設(shè)計是在江蘇省徐州市銅山縣建一座年 產(chǎn) 160 萬噸熟料 水泥廠。在設(shè)計過程中,本人參考了很多的水泥廠設(shè)計實例,并且結(jié)合理論經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù),但依舊 有很多缺點存在, 敬請 諒解。 下面先簡述一下水泥廠設(shè)計的一般步驟。 首先, 在建廠之前要先選擇好廠址。 廠址選擇的合理與否將影響工廠建設(shè)的投資,投資后的生產(chǎn)及今后的發(fā)展,因此,對廠址的選擇應(yīng)高度重視。 廠址選擇工作是一項綜合性工作,需要諸多相關(guān)的 技術(shù)人員參加,一般包括:技術(shù)經(jīng)濟專業(yè)、總圖運輸專業(yè)、原料專業(yè)、采礦專業(yè)、工藝專業(yè)、水道專業(yè)、環(huán)保專業(yè)、電氣專業(yè)等。 其次,要進行全廠布局 , 全廠布 局的好壞會影響到水泥生產(chǎn)的流程。在布局過程中需要考慮的因素很多 , 如合理布置、經(jīng)濟最優(yōu)化、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、功能模塊化等等,其中需要注意的還有風(fēng)向因素 ,合理的布局要求堆場放置在風(fēng)向的下端和廠區(qū)的邊端, 以 保證廠區(qū)內(nèi)的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。 再次,要進行工藝平衡計算,包括物料平衡、主機平衡以及 儲 庫平衡。其中 物料平衡主要通過計算以確定 各種原料、燃料、材料的需求量,并作為主機平衡、儲庫平衡的基礎(chǔ);主機平衡在物料平衡計算和選定車間工作制度的基礎(chǔ)上,計算各車間主機要求的生產(chǎn)能力(具體指要求的主機小時產(chǎn)量),為選定各車間主機型號、規(guī)格、 臺數(shù)提供依據(jù) 。而儲庫平衡則是保證生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)運行。在三者中主要是編制出三個平衡表。 第四,要進行生產(chǎn)車間工藝流程的設(shè)計,包括從原料的開采、破碎到預(yù)均化、粉磨、均化以及后來的懸浮預(yù)熱、煅燒、磨成水泥等等。因此這個環(huán)節(jié)也是工作量最大的環(huán)節(jié) ,諸多設(shè)備選型、計算均在此車間內(nèi)完成。 最后 ,提一下本人的重點車間設(shè)計。我的重點車間設(shè)計是水泥磨 ,就是將燒好的熟料與混合材、石膏一起按合適的比例制成合格的水泥。 關(guān)鍵詞:水泥 廠 , 設(shè)計, 新型干法生產(chǎn)線 安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II THE PRODUCTION OF CLINKER PER YEAR MILLION TONS OF FLY ASH CEMENT PLANT DESISN — KEY DESIGN :CEMENT DESIGN ABSTRACT This design is in jiangsu, xuzhou TongShanXian which is to build a annual million tons clinker cement plant. In the design process, I consulted a lot of cement plant design examples, and integrates theoretical experience data, but still have many shortings exist, please five me. Briefly below the cement plant design processes of the shipunloaders. First, the factory before choosing should be have a good site. Site choice reasonable or not will affect plant construction investment, investment production and future development. Therefore, the site selection should pay great attention to. Site choice work is a prehensive work which need many related technical personnel to participate in, generally include: technical economy profession, the assembly drawing transportation professional, raw materials professional, mining professional and process engineering, waterway professional, environmental protection professio nal, electrical major, etc. Next, I would like to make time layout. The stand or fall of plant layout will affect the cement production process. In layout design process needed to consider the factors, such as reasonable decorate, many economic optimum, pact structure, function modular, etc, which need to be aware of and wind factors. The reasonable layout requirements placed on the lower end of the wind stacking the edge, and factory should ensure the environmental health of the factory strictly. Thirdly, I want to conduct process equilibrium calculation, including material balance, host balance and depositories balance. In which of the three main is piled for three balance sheets.
