本科畢業(yè)設計說明書 設計一條年產 160 萬噸熟料的銅山水泥廠 THE DESIGN TO PRODUCE 160 MILLION TONS OF CEMENT CLINKER FOE TONGSHAN 學院(部): 專業(yè)班級: 學生姓名: 指導教師: 2021 年 6 月 1 日 大學畢業(yè)設計 I 設計一條年產 160 萬噸熟料的銅山水泥廠 (重點車間 —水泥粉磨) 摘要 本次設計的任務是一條日產 5000t 水泥熟料生產線。設計的內容包括廠址選擇、全廠布局、窯的選型、配料計算、物料平衡計算、各生產車間工藝設計及主 機選型、物料的儲存和均化、重點車間設計等。 設計的生料磨采用立磨之王 MLS4513,其主要特點是粉磨能耗低,占地少,結構簡單,可露天化布置。它發(fā)粉磨效率高,烘干能力大,入磨物料 粒度 大,大中型立磨可以省掉二級破碎;產品的化學成份穩(wěn)定,顆 料級配均齊,產品料度均齊,有利于煅燒;工藝流程簡單,噪音低,揚塵少,操作環(huán)境清潔; 金屬損耗小,利用率高 ,使用經濟。 水泥粉磨環(huán)節(jié),采用目前較為廣泛使用的輥壓機預粉磨系統(tǒng),該粉磨系統(tǒng)系將物料先經輥壓機輥壓后送入后續(xù)球磨機粉磨成成品。本次設計采用了利用窯尾廢氣預熱生料和粉煤灰的有效方法來降低系統(tǒng)熱耗,把篦冷機出來的多余熱氣體作為熱源來烘干煤粉。 關鍵字:配料 , 選型 , 物料平衡 , 立磨 , 預粉磨系統(tǒng) 大學畢業(yè)設計 II THE DESIGN TO PRODUCE 160 MILLION TONS OF CEMENT CLINKER FOE TONGSHAN ABSTRACT The task is to design a cement which product clinker of 5000t design contents site selection, the whole plant layout, the selection of rotary kiln, the burden calculation, maturial balance calculations, the production workshop process design and host selection, storage and materials are of the workshop focused on the design steps. Design of raw material grinding using the biggest of vertical mill which name′s ′s main features is less of grinding energy,small footprint, simple structure, and layout in the have a big gringing efficiency, a better drying capacity, the large particle size into the mill, Mediumsized of vertical mill can save the second chemical position of it′s products is very stable, The size distribution of Granule is more products are homogeneous Liaoduo, the better for conducive to burning; It has a simple process, low noise, less dust, cleanly operating environment, loss of small metal, highly utilization rate, and more cheaper to use. When in the Aspects of cement grinding, it′s more widely used by the current pregrinding system with roller press., Department of the grinding system before the material after rolling by the roller press grinding mill into finished products into the followup. The design uses a kiln exhaust gas by preheating the raw material and fly ash and effective way to reduce system heat dissipation, Out of the cooler gas as the source of excess heat to dry coal.
