河北 聯(lián)合 大學(xué)輕工學(xué)院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目: 年產(chǎn) 65 萬(wàn)噸棒材車間工藝設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào) : 專業(yè)班級(jí) : 學(xué) 部: 材料化工部 指導(dǎo)教師: 2020 年 05 月 22 日 摘 要 I 摘 要 棒材在機(jī)械軸類零件中有廣泛的應(yīng)用,在軋制加工的基礎(chǔ)上,熱處理性能極為優(yōu)良,可以經(jīng)過淬火,達(dá)到相當(dāng)高的強(qiáng)度和韌性。作為軸類,棒材要求組織均勻,機(jī)械性能優(yōu)良。另外,提高尺寸精度可以減少車削,節(jié)省鋼材,降低成本。但 合金 鋼熱塑性差,加工性能差,軋制變形要求減少道次壓下。 根據(jù)任務(wù)書要求,設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn) 65萬(wàn)噸 棒材廠。 按照車間設(shè)計(jì)的步驟,主要完成建廠經(jīng)濟(jì)依據(jù)論述、產(chǎn)品大綱制定 、軋機(jī)比較及布置選擇、孔型系統(tǒng)的選擇及典型產(chǎn)品的孔型設(shè)計(jì)、速度制度和產(chǎn)量確定,力能參數(shù)的計(jì)算及校核、電機(jī)選擇、輔助設(shè)備的選取、金屬平衡以及水電消耗計(jì)算等。 設(shè)計(jì)中參閱了國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)棒材軋機(jī)的先進(jìn)工藝、軋機(jī)的裝備、技術(shù)、孔型系統(tǒng),使本設(shè)計(jì)車間達(dá)到工藝合理、適合合金鋼生產(chǎn)。 設(shè)計(jì)采用全線無(wú)扭連軋方式。平立交替的連軋棒材方式事故少,生產(chǎn)效率高,產(chǎn)量大。 典型產(chǎn)品為 θ26mm 的圓鋼。為能生產(chǎn)各種低塑性合金棒材,采用低平均延伸系數(shù)。 設(shè)計(jì)附有車間平面圖、孔型圖及配輥圖。 關(guān)鍵詞: 車間設(shè)計(jì);棒材 生產(chǎn) ; 孔型設(shè)計(jì);高精度 河北聯(lián)合大學(xué)輕工學(xué)院 II Abstract According to the design steps of the workshop, The following aspects are plished, such as the economic accordance of building the workshop, the distribution of output, mill parision and layout chosen, pass system chosen and pass design of classic production, velocity puting and output planned, mechnical calculation and test,auxiliary equipment chosen, metal balance and water and electricity consume,etc. According to the task requirement, an annual output of 650,000 tons of bars factory is designed. Referring to the domestic advanced rolling technology , rolling equipment, pass and auxiliary equipment choosing, specially, this ensure that the technology is reasonable and chosed equipment is advanced and there is space to produce highprofit rod . Bar is sale by sizing. All kinds of rolling mill can produce bar, such as opentrain mill, Bar to length delivery, barstyle, semicontinuous train and the continuous train. The pattern of continuous rolling bar in horizontal and vertical looper has the specility of the fewer accident, highly efficientand high output. In considering of the successfully producing, high lever automation, and stable quality controlling, the no twist continuous rolling is adopted in this classic production is θ26 bar.
