本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 題目 年產(chǎn) 35萬噸棒材車間 工 藝設(shè)計(jì) — 典型產(chǎn)品Ф 25 i 摘 要 棒材的用途非常廣泛,與機(jī)械、建筑、汽車等國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)密切相關(guān),與人們的生活緊密相連。本設(shè)計(jì)是年產(chǎn) 35 萬噸棒材車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)。生產(chǎn)所用坯料為連鑄方坯,尺寸規(guī)格 200 mm179。 200 mm179。 6 000 mm,單重 1 850 ㎏。產(chǎn)品規(guī)格為 Ф ( ) 12~Ф ( )40mm 的圓鋼和螺紋鋼棒材,直條交貨。典型產(chǎn)品為 Ф 25 mm 圓鋼,鋼種 Q235。 本 車間采用步進(jìn)式加熱爐加熱坯料,軋后穿水冷卻及步進(jìn) 式 冷床冷卻軋件;軋線采用全連續(xù)式布置形式,共 20 架平立交替布置,全線無扭微張或無張力軋制。其中,開坯機(jī)組為 2 架短應(yīng)力軋機(jī);粗軋機(jī)組為 6 架二輥閉口緊湊式軋機(jī),中、精軋機(jī)組各為 6架卡套式短應(yīng)力軋機(jī),并且第 1 1 18軋機(jī)為平立互換軋機(jī),在軋制小規(guī)格棒材(如Ф 12~Ф 14) 采用切分軋制時(shí)變?yōu)樗讲贾眯问?。中、精軋機(jī)組間設(shè)置共 7 臺活套,可實(shí)現(xiàn)無扭無張力軋制。 電控系統(tǒng)采用達(dá)涅利 CEDA 公司提供的二級自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng) ,即設(shè)備控制級及過程控制級。 關(guān)鍵詞 :熱連軋棒材 ; 工藝設(shè)計(jì) ; 平立交替 ; 無扭微張 ; 典型產(chǎn)品 ii ABSTRACT The use of the bar steel is very extensive, closely related with such pillar industries in national economy as the machinery, architecture, etc., linked to with people39。s life closely. This project is to produce the technological and equipment design of a bar steel plant, the annual production of which is 350,000 tons. The stock for produced is cast billet, the size specification and the single heavy of it are 200 mm179。 200 mm179。 6,000mm and 1,850kg. The product specification is Ф ( ) 12~Ф( ) 40 mm round and gearing steel. The typical product is Ф 25 mm round steel,and the steel grade is Q235. Walkingbeam furnace is used to heat stock, water colling after rolling and walkingbeam colling bed are used to colling workpiece。 the rolling production line adopts fully continuous arrange form, which include 20 horizontalvertical mills, with nontorque ministretch or nonstretch rolling. In the rolling line, the openingstock trains are 2 shortstress trains, the roughing mills 6 twohigh closing pact mills, the intermediate and planishing line each includes 6 shortstress mills, and the 14th,16th,18th mills are interconvertplain and vertical mills, while rolling small specification rod such as 12~14mm which can transform to plain arrange form to adopt split rolling. There are 7 loops among the intermediate and planishing trains, which can be used to achieve nontorque ministretch rolling. The electric controlling system adopts twograde automation controlling system which is offered by Dalieni CEDA Corp, the two grades are equipment controlling grade and process controlling grade.
