【正文】 畢 業(yè) 論 文華為技術有限公司企業(yè)文化建設研究 辦學單位： 班 級：工商企業(yè)管理2009級本科 學 生： 指導教師： 中 文 摘 要 本文通過對華為技術有限公司企業(yè)文化的研究，分析華為技術有限公司的企業(yè)文化內容，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)華為技術有限公司在企業(yè)文化建設中存在著接班人、員工的精神緊張、華為“不穿紅舞鞋”的定位以及以“文化洗腦”這個方式來維護自身文化等一些問題，通過對這些問題存在的原因及其不良影響的認識，提出了改善華為技術有限公司企業(yè)文化建設的有效對策，包括從領導人到員工，外部環(huán)境到內部環(huán)境、注重以人為本，注重對員工的培訓和激勵，建立一個開放、自由的企業(yè)環(huán)境，同時應該隨著環(huán)境和條件的變化而適當?shù)倪M行調整的企業(yè)文化，從中也希望能對其它企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化建設起到借鑒的作用。關鍵詞 企業(yè)文化 建設 對策分析 AbstractBased on China for technology Co., LTD is the enterprise culture, huawei technologies Co., LTD.
