【正文】 畢 業(yè) 論 文華為技術(shù)有限公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究 辦學(xué)單位： 班 級(jí)：工商企業(yè)管理2009級(jí)本科 學(xué) 生： 指導(dǎo)教師： 中 文 摘 要 本文通過對(duì)華為技術(shù)有限公司企業(yè)文化的研究，分析華為技術(shù)有限公司的企業(yè)文化內(nèi)容，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)華為技術(shù)有限公司在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在著接班人、員工的精神緊張、華為“不穿紅舞鞋”的定位以及以“文化洗腦”這個(gè)方式來維護(hù)自身文化等一些問題，通過對(duì)這些問題存在的原因及其不良影響的認(rèn)識(shí)，提出了改善華為技術(shù)有限公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的有效對(duì)策，包括從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人到員工，外部環(huán)境到內(nèi)部環(huán)境、注重以人為本，注重對(duì)員工的培訓(xùn)和激勵(lì)，建立一個(gè)開放、自由的企業(yè)環(huán)境，同時(shí)應(yīng)該隨著環(huán)境和條件的變化而適當(dāng)?shù)倪M(jìn)行調(diào)整的企業(yè)文化，從中也希望能對(duì)其它企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)起到借鑒的作用。關(guān)鍵詞 企業(yè)文化 建設(shè) 對(duì)策分析 AbstractBased on China for technology Co., LTD is the enterprise culture, huawei technologies Co., LTD.
