【正文】 I / 57摘 要高校人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)今世界正在進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心是以人力資源和知識(shí)資本為核心的新經(jīng)濟(jì)。人力資源在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中的這種核心地位,決定了未來世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不再是物質(zhì)資源或物質(zhì)資本的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在這樣的大背景下,人力資源管理與開發(fā)這一學(xué)科也得到了前所未有的重視。高等院校作為培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的搖籃,受到各個(gè)國家的重視和大力扶持,各個(gè)國家都把發(fā)展高等教育作為國家的戰(zhàn)略性任務(wù)。我國雖然擁有非常豐富勞動(dòng)力資源,但高素質(zhì)人才依然很缺乏,要實(shí)現(xiàn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的目標(biāo),就要努力開發(fā)人力資源提高人才素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)大量滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的各類人才,這不僅是我國社會(huì)發(fā)展的迫切需要,更是高等院校神圣的職責(zé)。本文所研發(fā)的人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)旨在研究將現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的思想和理論引入到高等院校的人事管理中,使之由傳統(tǒng)單一的人事行政管理轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)代意義上的人力資源管理。本文在深入研究了本?,F(xiàn)行人事管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高校人力資源管理的特點(diǎn)和實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行了深入的研究,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案。本信息系統(tǒng)采用了 B/S 和C/S 相結(jié)合的結(jié)構(gòu),即保證了系統(tǒng)的開放性也兼顧了系統(tǒng)的安全性,使用功能強(qiáng)大且穩(wěn)定的 SQL SERVER 2022 數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),同時(shí)對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行了非常認(rèn)真的分析,針對(duì)高校人力資源的特點(diǎn)和管理流程確定了系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)原則,并依據(jù)需求分析和研發(fā)原則對(duì)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了合理的設(shè)計(jì)。并且在保證系統(tǒng)高效運(yùn)行的同時(shí),加強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的穩(wěn)定性和安全性。關(guān)鍵詞:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì),人力資源管理,信息系統(tǒng)II / 57AbstractThe Analysis and Design on Human Resources Management Information System of Higher Education InstitutionsThe world today is entering the era of knowledge economy, knowledge economy is the core of human resources and intellectual capital as the core of the new economy.
