果蔬汁的常見質量問題及解決方案張小梅 1114200013 生工112廣州大學生命科學學院摘要 本文將從果蔬汁飲料的安全控制選取一個方向,主要對其中的常見質量問題以及解決方案進行討論。另外,能顧總結出一些對消費者有利的建議。其中,果蔬汁飲料的安全控制涉及到殺菌方法、警示標簽制度、制定果蔬汁飲料中污染物限量標準、制定良好生產(chǎn)規(guī)范、衛(wèi)生標準操作程序、建立實施HACCP體系等。在本論文中,我也會把過去有關食品檢驗棵上的知識點和實際認識認知結合起來,統(tǒng)籌兼顧,舉一反三。最后,也將是我對即將結束的食品檢驗課程的一個總結。關鍵詞 飲料;滅菌;食品標簽;參考標準Abstract The essay will mention about the safety control of juice drinks in China and choose one direction to discuss, it’s mainly to talk about the mon quality problems and the solutions of safety control of juice drinks. Furthermore,I wil summarize some suggestions for consumers when them doing some shopping. They involved the technique of sterilization,the warning label,the contamination limit and the establishmentofGMP,SSOP and HACCP. Moreover, I will connect the knowledge and practically cognize in this essay,overall consideration and draw inferences.
