【正文】 摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)為寧鄉(xiāng)大橋主橋上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。該橋全長 340m,設(shè)計(jì)的跨徑為60m+2*110m+60m,截面為單箱單室的變截面形式。整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)可以分成兩個(gè)部分:第一部分,結(jié)構(gòu)建摸和內(nèi)力計(jì)算。在選擇橋的橋型及孔徑劃分、主梁截面形式與主梁高度的擬定、截面細(xì)部尺寸擬定,隨后進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算。在完成了恒載內(nèi)力的計(jì)算后,又進(jìn)行了活載內(nèi)力計(jì)算、次內(nèi)力計(jì)算、內(nèi)力組合計(jì)算,并畫出內(nèi)力包絡(luò)圖。第二部分,預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束估算及布置,預(yù)應(yīng)力損失及有效預(yù)應(yīng)力計(jì)算,鋼束布置后的內(nèi)力計(jì)算及組合,強(qiáng)度計(jì)算與驗(yàn)算,應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變及其它驗(yàn)算。關(guān)鍵詞:預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)箱梁;建立模型;內(nèi)力計(jì)算;強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算The Superstructure Design of mache BridgeAbstractThe design is the one of the superstructure of jiujiang bridge. The whole span of the bridge is 340m. This bridge designs the span is 60m+2*110m+60m,The cross section along the span is the different besides the cross section is one box with one room. The entire design may divide into two parts:The first part of the paper is about the modeling of the bridge and the putation of internal forces. The FEM model of the bridge is established after the style of the bridge, the length of every span the cross section and the height of the main beam are decided. Then every kind of internal forces is puted. These forces include the forces of dead load, live load and some secondary forces. Finally these loads are bined and the graph of the utmost forces is second one is about the arrangement of prestressed steel bars and other kinds of tests. The number of the bars are estimated and arranged before the loss of the prestress and the effective one are caculated.
