【正文】 II講 戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟 ? 定義 ?為什么實施戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟 ?戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的競爭效應(yīng) ? 結(jié)論 ? （ Qster 1994） An agreement in which two or more firms bine resources outside of the market in order to acplish a particular task or set of tasks。 ? 包括兩層含義： ? 1）為了一件任務(wù)或一組任務(wù)而合作； ? 2）通過市場之外進行資源組合。（不通過市場進行交易） 一、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的定義 ? 戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟有時間性。（不同于一個企業(yè)） ? 戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟包括資本的共享。 ? 合資企業(yè)是一種特殊的戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟 ? 也有將戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟與合資企業(yè)平行來用。 ? 對于戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟，雖然削弱競爭不是目的，但可能帶來正或負(fù)的影響。 ?帶來法律上的 灰色地帶 ? 法律上的模糊性本身就可能帶來經(jīng)濟損失。 ?
