【正文】 大型封閉住宅區(qū)安防信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計摘 要隨著中國住宅區(qū)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,有關(guān)小區(qū)的信息呈爆炸式增長,比如小區(qū)內(nèi)部實地控制設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài)、小區(qū)房產(chǎn)和住戶信息、物業(yè)管理及投訴、水電氣消費、住戶組織活動、小區(qū)精神文明建設(shè)等等;以及小區(qū)和外部環(huán)境的聯(lián)系信息,比如涉及到小區(qū)正常運行的電力公司、供水公司、移動通信公司等,與小區(qū)住戶日常生活息息相關(guān)的商務、運輸、教育、娛樂、醫(yī)療等信息。這些信息量的持續(xù)增長使得小區(qū)越來越需要將這些信息整合化來處理,但現(xiàn)有的小區(qū)信息管理體系不能實現(xiàn)這一功能,不能促使多種信息在小區(qū)內(nèi)外順暢交流。所以,搭建一個覆蓋小區(qū)內(nèi)外、能夠滿足住戶多種合理要求的信息整合的統(tǒng)一體系已迫在眉睫[1]。探究小區(qū)安全防護管理信息的主要內(nèi)容包括有關(guān)技術(shù)標準和發(fā)展方式(OPC、BACnet 和 SSO),要了解技術(shù)的工作原理并熟練掌握技術(shù)標準和發(fā)展方式;住宅區(qū)門戶開發(fā)手段(Portal、Tapestry、Liferay)的分析,了解該技術(shù)架構(gòu)和工作方式,把握相應的技術(shù)手段,本文著重探究了Portal技術(shù)和Tapestry結(jié)構(gòu)的整合方式,在此基礎(chǔ)上掌握Liferay開發(fā)平臺[2]。完成以上準備工作后探究整合住宅區(qū)信息的設(shè)計方案,提出了住宅區(qū)的信息融合門戶的架構(gòu)模型,據(jù)此來完成住宅區(qū)信息整合方式的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),搭建了住宅區(qū)信息融合門戶的初始架構(gòu),對此架構(gòu)已完成的四個Portlet將從內(nèi)部的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸過程到外部的功能輸出均一一敘述。本文在探究過程中依照JSR168標準,利用Tapestry模塊、Liferay平臺、JOPCClient、SSO等技術(shù)手段,搭建起住宅區(qū)的信息融合門戶體系并驗證了該體系的功能達到研究的最初目的[3]。對本課題深入分析下發(fā)現(xiàn),Tapestry和Portal兩種技術(shù)能夠融合在一起使用,它們改變了以往的門戶開發(fā)方式,使得體系的穩(wěn)定性和延伸性大大提升,同時也提高了開發(fā)效率,減少了研究人員的工作量。利用該技術(shù)可以搭建出住宅區(qū)信息融合門戶的原型體系,在此基礎(chǔ)上來統(tǒng)一控制各方信息并加以利用,從而實現(xiàn)整合信息并高效管理和共享的初衷,為住宅區(qū)的資源整合提供了新的設(shè)計方案[4]。由于住宅區(qū)的信息化建設(shè)的相關(guān)技術(shù)還未成熟,同時受到研究現(xiàn)狀和條件的約束,不可能面面俱到的開展研究工作,但本文在信息融合技術(shù)和門戶體系的研究過程中涉及到多種技術(shù),能為更深入地分析數(shù)字小區(qū)和數(shù)字城市信息融合化打下堅定的理論基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:住宅區(qū),信息融合,整合技術(shù),TapestryAbstractWith the fast development of residence munity, the various kinds of information within and outside the munity have prompt growth. For instance, the running state of various local control equipment, the information of house property and owners, the repair and plaints of property management, the charges of electricity, water and natural gas, the mittee39。s activities of owners, the information of munity cultural development and so on。 Furthermore, there are also have a lot of Digital City relevant information about outside munity. For example, the information of electric power pany, water supply pany and tele pany, the information about the munity life such as emerce, logistics, teleeducation, telemedicine egovernment and so forth. Meanwhile, the existing management system in munity can not face the growing demand for information integration and also can not realize the interactive information of inside and outside of the munity. Therefore, establishing an info integration platform which involves the within and outside munity and satisfy the needs of individual users has an urgent need.In this thesis, the research content includes the infointegration techniques such as OPC, BACnet and SSO. It is important to analyze principle of its work and master the relevant technical specifications and developing methods. Moreover, the research content also includes portal developing techniques such as Portal,TapestryandLiferay. It is also necessary to analyze its architecture and operating mechanism, master the specific developing method, prehend the bination of Tapestry framework and portal technology. Base on these knowledges, author discuss the solution of residence munity infointegration portal and put forward a architecture model. According to this model, author acplish a prototype system of residence munity infointegration portal through detail design and implementation. Furthermore, it explains four Portlets that are already implemented at present from inside data flow chart to programming one by one.Through the test of prototype system, the thesis proves the correctness of technological route which following the JSR168 standard, bining the Tapestryframework,basing on theExotericLiferayplatform and making use of the JOPCClient and SSO techniques to build residence munity infointegration portal. With the indepth study on the subject, it indicats that Tapestry can bine with portal effectively. The bination of the two techniques has changed the traditional way of portal developing and the system maintainability, expansibility and developing efficiency are also greatly increased. Through the technology route, it successfully implement a prototype system of residence munity info integration portal. Furthermore, it also can control and utilize all kinds of resources effectively and achieve the purpose of resources polymerization, efficient management and sharing. It provides a new model for the information integration of residence munity.Because the infor construction of residence munity are under developing, also limited by research level and condition at the same time, there are a lot of question failed to discuss deeply.
