第 1 頁 共 95 頁摘 要計算機(jī)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,使得造船技術(shù)得到迅猛發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的造船方法已不能滿足現(xiàn)代造船大型化,復(fù)雜化,高技術(shù)化需要。因此使用軟件在計算機(jī)上造出一艘數(shù)字化船舶,成為造船技術(shù)的發(fā)展的新趨勢。由瑞典 KCS 公司推出的 Tribon M2 造船軟件,應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。該系統(tǒng)是世界上著名的計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計與制造軟件之一,利用它可以使設(shè)計工作極為精確而快速的進(jìn)行。本文的主要內(nèi)容是以 220KW 測量船為例介紹基于 Tribon 的初步設(shè)計,包括利用 Lines模塊進(jìn)行型線設(shè)計;利用 Surface amp。 Compartment 模塊介紹封閉船體的生成,同時對船體內(nèi)部進(jìn)行艙室劃分;最后利用 Calc amp。 Hydro 模塊對靜水力曲線、橫剖面面積曲線、可浸長度、穩(wěn)性橫截曲線、完整穩(wěn)性及破損穩(wěn)性等進(jìn)行計算。關(guān)鍵詞:Tribon M2;220KW 測量船;型線設(shè)計;靜水力計算 第 2 頁 共 95 頁ABSTRACTAlong with the development of puter, shipbuilding technology has been advanced rapidly. The tradition method of shipbuilding can not meet the needs of modern ship industry. So it is more and more popular to use software in the field of shipbuilding. The system of Tribon M2 which was developed by the Swedish KCS pany is widely used now. It is one of the most popular puter aided design and manufacture software that can make our work more quickly and accurate.The key point of this content is to take the 220KW Survey craft for example, to introduce the preliminary design based on Tribon.
