【正文】 淺談顧客滿意度績效模型對社會公眾對政府部門績效評估體系的啟示摘要：企業(yè)績效評估中的顧客滿意度與政府等公共部門績效評估體系中的公眾評價（市民感知）政府績效，其本質(zhì)都是服務(wù)對象對服務(wù)主體的評價。公眾評價是政府績效管理的尤為重要的程序，有助于聯(lián)系群眾，反映民生，提高公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量，優(yōu)化公共資源配置，建設(shè)服務(wù)性政府。在文中，筆者將試圖借鑒企業(yè)中相對先進的顧客滿意度績效模型，例如KANO模型、ACSI模型等，來完善公共部門中的公眾評價體系，希望對中國的社會公眾評價政府績效體系有所建言。關(guān)鍵字:社會公眾評價政府績效 顧客滿意度績效管理 KANO模型 ACSI模型Abstract： The customer satisfaction of the enterprise performance evaluation is the same with social public ments in essence, which is the evaluation about the service object to the service main body. Social public ments are the important procedure in the government performance management. It will help tie with the masses and reflect the people39。s livelihood. Then it is good for improving public service quality and building the serviceoriented government.
