Author use the key mood of SCM and citing a pany example to be a study case, in order to find a more fit Performance System to evaluate whole supplier chain. And this article presents a Grey Cluster Relation Analysis Method(GCRAM).The new method bines the cluster method with the relation analysis method and is used to judge the class(e. g. Class of disease or class of economic zone)which the object element(e. g. a ptient or a region)belongs to.
