Milk is the ideal natural food. Milk also have to be reckoned with efficacy: promote the absorption of calcium, enhance immunity, lower cholesterol, etc after fermentation or allocate dairy products. Along with our country residents39。 ine increase and change of dairy consumption concept, dairy consumption has rapidly rising trend. Since 2000, there are a group of big milk factories as Mengniu, Yili and Bright dairy group. The dairy industry are being one of important industry in our country. At the same time, people also have higher to the requirement of milk quality, milk safety problem has bee the focus of public attention. And frequent safety accidents in recent years our country milk products, especially in 2008, the original national famous brand, exempted from inspection product detonated by sanlu infant milk powder in China39。s dairy industry crisis storm may have a serious blow to consumer confidence in the dairy industry in our country, has restricted the rapid development of China39。s dairy industry, strengthen the government supervision of food safety bee the urgent request of society and people. So the dairy safety the cause of the outbreak, strengthening of dairy production safety control, improve the quality and safety of dairy products and restore consumer confidence in China39。s dairy industry, is imminent. The article set up the content of the six parts, the first part introduced the research background and significance。 The second part through the analysis and research of many literatures at home and abroad, providing theoretical basis for the writing of this article. The third part focuses on China39。s dairy safety problems are studied, analyzed the dairy safety basic concept, causes and harm。 The fourth part is to our country dairy products safety reasons are analyzed。 The fifth part the dairy safety management at home and abroad were reviewed and pared, first expounds the developed country advanced dairy products safe management system, and then the last part analyzes the dairy safety management present situation, put forward can draw lessons from。 The sixth part is the author on the basis of investigation and analysis, and data access is summarized the countermeasures to solve the problem of food safety in our country. In the end, for the article summarized and prospected. The purpose of this study is the study of present situation of dairy industry, and at the same time, the causes of safety problems are analyzed. Starting from different reasons affect the dairy safety, were described in detail in the process of dairy production, strengthen the control for external pollution. This paper adopts the way of questionnaire to establish the model of affecting the safety of dairy products, and analyzes the experimental factors affecting the safety of dairy products.
