【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文（設計）廣州會展業(yè)發(fā)展問題及對策分析摘 要廣州會展業(yè)依托廣交會取得了前所未有的成就,其強大的產業(yè)帶動效應為相關行業(yè)創(chuàng)造了巨大的經濟效益。然而，面對全國各地會展業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展及愈演愈烈的競爭, 廣州會展業(yè)正面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。本文通過考察廣州會展業(yè)在國家全面建設進程中的地位和作用，總結了廣州會展產業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題。目前，缺乏有效管理機構和制度、服務水平滯后以及專業(yè)人才的匱乏，是制約廣州會展業(yè)健康發(fā)展的主要因素。針對現(xiàn)狀問題，本文利用具體的數(shù)據和案例，通過對比國內外其他會展業(yè)，找出阻礙和影響其發(fā)展的成因。廣州會展業(yè)只有加強主管機構宏觀調控，加快行業(yè)立法，不斷完善服務質量，培養(yǎng)和引進優(yōu)秀人才，才能保持持久的競爭優(yōu)勢，從而實現(xiàn)進一步的飛躍。關鍵詞：廣州； 會展業(yè)； 管理； 服務； 人才AbstractRelying on the Canton Fair, Guangzhou convention and exhibition industry has made unprecedented achievements. In recent years, it strongly drives the relevant industries to create tremendous economic benefits. However, faced with the rapid development of exhibition industry all over the country and the intensified petition, Guangzhou convention and exhibition industry is exposed to great challenges though it has achieved some superior performance. By examining its status and role in the national prehensive construction, the thesis summarizes its current situation and existing problems. At present, the lack of effective administrative organization and systems, the poor quality of service and short of professionals are the main factors that restrict the healthy development of convention and exhibition industry. In allusion to the problems, the thesis will use some specific data and cases, while paring with other domestic and international exhibitions, and find out the obstacles and causes which have bad effect on development of exhibition industry.
