【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）題 目：中小服裝企業(yè)存貨管理中的問題與對(duì)策 以曼思服飾為例 學(xué) 號(hào)： 姓 名： 班 級(jí)： 12財(cái)務(wù) 專 業(yè)： 財(cái)務(wù)管理 學(xué) 院： 經(jīng)濟(jì)管理 入學(xué)時(shí)間： 指導(dǎo)教師： 日 期： 2016年05月15日中小服裝企業(yè)存貨管理中的問題及對(duì)策摘 要隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，存貨作為企業(yè)的流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)，對(duì)于企業(yè)是十分重要的。合理的存貨能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)節(jié)約資源，相反地，過量的存貨會(huì)造成企業(yè)的庫(kù)存積壓，影響企業(yè)的存貨水平及獲利能力等。對(duì)于服裝行業(yè)來說，存貨更為重要。從行業(yè)來看，服裝行業(yè)的存貨水平著實(shí)驚人。若是銷售環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)問題，企業(yè)將會(huì)蒙受巨大的損失。因此，存貨管理便成為了關(guān)鍵的問題。本文利用了存貨管理的理論知識(shí)，對(duì)我國(guó)中小服裝企業(yè)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)合理論研究及實(shí)際案例分析的方法，并參考國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)存貨管理問題進(jìn)行了梳理，介紹了存貨及存貨管理的概念及作用，總結(jié)了中小服裝企業(yè)存貨管理的現(xiàn)狀。針對(duì)案例公司曼思服飾，利用財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)，分析企業(yè)所存在的問題，深入了解其存貨管理的現(xiàn)狀。最后提出應(yīng)對(duì)存貨管理現(xiàn)狀的改善措施，使得類似于這類的企業(yè)能夠更合理有效地管理存貨，以防范財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：經(jīng)濟(jì)定量模型；存貨管理；存貨管理系統(tǒng)AbstractWith the continuous development of the economy, inventory as an enterprise39。s current assets, is very important for the enterprise. Therefore, inventory management has bee a key issue.In this paper, the theory of inventory management is used to study the small and mediumsized garment enterprises in our country. Combined with theory research and case analysis method, and referring to the domestic and foreign research present situation, summarizes the problems of the inventory management, introduces the concept and functions of inventory and inventory management, summarizes the current situation of small and mediumsized garment enterprises inventory management. According to the case pany Mansi clothing, the use of financial data, analysis of the problems existing in the enterprise, indepth understanding of the status of its inventory management.
