【正文】 畢 業(yè) 論 文論文題目：企業(yè)存貨管理存在的問題及對(duì)策 專業(yè)年級(jí)： 2014級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理 學(xué) 號(hào)： 0314030015 學(xué)生姓名： 邵金奎 指導(dǎo)老師： 史路平 二○一六年五月企業(yè)存貨管理存在的問題及對(duì)策摘 要存貨是為了滿足企業(yè)正常生產(chǎn)和銷售需要而持有的流動(dòng)性資產(chǎn)，是能夠給企業(yè)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)利益流入的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)資源。目前存貨作為公司的一項(xiàng)占有很大比例的資產(chǎn)，直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的資金占用水平以及資產(chǎn)運(yùn)作效率。本文通過對(duì)存貨管理進(jìn)行分析和研究，旨在加強(qiáng)企業(yè)存貨管理，保證企業(yè)存貨資金安全，保持資金持續(xù)的良性循環(huán)，提高存貨周轉(zhuǎn)率，降低資金使用成本和庫存貶值損失風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提高存貨資金的使用效率和效益，實(shí)現(xiàn)資金在該環(huán)節(jié)增值，使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，謀求進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。本文通過分析企業(yè)存貨管理的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題，并深入分析導(dǎo)致其問題的一些原因，然后從整體上提出加強(qiáng)企業(yè)存貨管理的對(duì)策。關(guān)鍵詞：企業(yè)；存貨管理；問題；對(duì)策Problems and Countermeasures of enterprise inventory managementAbstractInventory is to meet the normal production and marketing needs of the pany39。s liquidity assets, is able to bring economic benefits to the enterprise economic benefits of the important economic resources.
