【正文】 編號(hào) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（ 論文 ） 題目： 二層 立體車庫的設(shè)計(jì) 機(jī)械工程 學(xué)院 機(jī) 械 工 程 及 自 動(dòng) 化 專業(yè) 學(xué) 號(hào) 0401070706 學(xué)生姓名 趙衍濤 指導(dǎo)教師 黃 如林 副教授 二〇 一一 年 六 月 摘要 I 摘 要 立體車庫是專門實(shí)現(xiàn)各種車輛的自動(dòng)停放及科學(xué)寄存的倉儲(chǔ)設(shè)施。隨著城市汽車保有量的不斷增加，停車難的問題成為大中型車市的一個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)象。機(jī)械立體車充分利用地上資源，發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢，最大限度地停放車輛，成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問題的重要途徑。本課題較為典型的側(cè)翻式立體車庫為研究對(duì)象，綜合考慮立體車庫的制造車本和運(yùn)行效率雙重因素。本文在對(duì)國內(nèi)外車庫現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢做了充分的調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，選擇了二層車庫為研究模型。側(cè)翻式立體車庫就其組成部分而言，可分為三大部分：車庫結(jié)構(gòu)部分，傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分和控制系統(tǒng) 部分。本文簡單介紹科車庫的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn)，對(duì)車庫的控制系統(tǒng)也做了簡單的說明，一句側(cè)翻式運(yùn)行原理，運(yùn)用力學(xué)理論對(duì)側(cè)翻式車庫進(jìn)行了全面的力學(xué)分析，包括側(cè)翻式立體車庫的框架強(qiáng)度、側(cè)翻液壓系統(tǒng)的力的大小等。在對(duì)側(cè)翻式控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中，采用了先進(jìn)的 plc 控制，運(yùn)用歐姆龍公司的編程軟件編制了側(cè)翻式控制系統(tǒng)的程序，并經(jīng)調(diào)試、運(yùn)行，證明采用可編程控制器（ PLC）作為控制系統(tǒng)簡單易行。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、快速、性價(jià)比高的特點(diǎn)使得控制系統(tǒng)非常完美。為了使停車設(shè)備滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，根據(jù)國家寡欲機(jī)械式停車設(shè)備通用安全要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、側(cè)翻式立體車 庫的實(shí)際，在側(cè)翻式立體車庫中使用了一些必要的安全技術(shù)，這樣保證可車輛的絕對(duì)安全，使得整個(gè)車庫可以安全平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行。 關(guān)鍵詞： 二層停車機(jī)構(gòu)；節(jié)省空間；方便 Abstract II ABSTRACT Stereo garage is the storage which is used foe automatic parking and scientific storage of kings of automobile .As the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays. The hardtopark problem hao bee a mom phenomenon. Menchanicao stereo garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parkingcars. It has bee an important way for static traffic problem of cities. The issue studise the type mecchanical paarking system which named updown and translation stereo garage,and regards of the two factors of cost of manufacture and operational efficiency synthetically. on thebasis of inbestigation on currrent stituation and developing trend of garage sture as the research model. According to the form of the draggingforms of multi player up dowm and translation earbase, it is made of three parts:part of earbase structuie 、 part of drivingframework and park of control systom. The paper simply instrcucture and characteristics of garage and aslo gives a short introduction to its contol sysem. The finite element reliability checking of stee。 structure of garage is utilized according to the operation principle of updowm an translation stere garage, the mechanics was used to prehensively analyze the updown and translation strereo garage. Including intension of the framework structure and axes, etc. The paper adopted PLC as control syetem in designing the updown and translation stereo garage,PLC software of omron pay was used weave the program of contol system,through debugging running. The result proved that adopted PLC as control systom is simple and easy to realize. The characteristic of stabilization, credibility,speediness and high capability made the control system very perfection. In order to satisfy using demand indesign stereo garage. According to criterion of mechanical parking systemsgarage the paper intriduced some safety technique which was use in the updown and translation stereo garage. This can ensure absolute safety for car and make the whole stereo garage safey and running smooth.
